Abstract
Изобретение относится к способу и устройству для оптимизации экстракорпоральной обработки крови с экстракорпоральным устройством обработки крови, которое содержит диализатор (1) или фильтр, подразделенный полупроницаемой мембраной (2) на первую камеру (3) и вторую камеру (4), причем первая камера (3) является частью экстракорпорального кровообращения (I), а вторая камера (4) диализатора (1) или фильтра является частью системы (II) диализирующей жидкости. Кроме того, изобретение относится к экстракорпоральному устройству обработки крови с устройством для оптимизации экстракорпоральной обработки крови. Изобретение также относится к компьютерному программному продукту для исполнения на устройстве обработки данных для выполнения способа оптимизации экстракорпоральной обработки крови. Соответствующий изобретению способ и соответствующее изобретению устройство для оптимизации экстракорпоральной обработки крови основываются на том, что с помощью вычислительного блока для различных типов диализаторов или фильтров определяется по меньшей мере один специфический для устройства параметр обработки для выполнения обработки с применением соответствующего диализатора или фильтра и с помощью вычислительного блока определяются затраты, получаемые из определенного специфического для устройства параметра обработки с применением соответствующего диализатора или фильтра, и на блоке индикации полученные затраты индицируются для всех типов диализаторов или фильтров. Тем самым лечащему врачу для подходящего выбора диализатора или фильтра предоставляется требуемая информация. Врач может тогда выбрать диализатор или фильтр
