Claims (12)
- 左筒体、右筒体と、分流盤と、心棒と、投入ホッパーとを備え、前記分流盤が前記左筒体、前記右筒体の間に設置され、前記左筒体、前記右筒体の分流盤に面したところが開口端となっており、前記分流盤の上部に投入ホッパーが設置され、前記分流盤の下部に固定リングが設置され、心棒が前記左筒体、前記右筒体及び前記分流盤に固接され、前記左筒体、前記右筒体の外側にある前記心棒の両端に支持用軸受が設置され、
前記左筒体、前記右筒体は、それぞれ外筒体と内筒体とに分離され、前記内筒体はグリッド部分を備え、前記グリッド部分は、一端が支持リングによる挿入口を介して前記外筒体のエンドキャップに固定され、他端が前記外筒体に固接された支持リングに接続され、前記外筒体には、心棒が固接されるほか、一方の前記外筒体の外側にトルク伝達用のリングギヤーが設置され、前記リングギヤーが前記外筒体の一端に固接されたことを特徴とするバレル法による鋼スラグ処理装置。 - 前記内筒体、前記外筒体の間には、前記外筒体の内部表面に固接された捩りリフトボードが設置されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバレル法による鋼スラグ処理装置。
- 前記捩りリフトボードの軸線と前記外筒体の軸線とが30°〜55°である所定の角度を形成したことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバレル法による鋼スラグ処理装置。
- 前記固定リングの左右筒体に対向する両側板の間に放射状に配置された支持するための複数のガセットプレートが設置され、固定リングの周辺に固定カバーがあり、固定リングと固定カバーがベースに固定されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバレル法による鋼スラグ処理装置。
- 前記固定リングは過半円状の条板である基板と、環状板である側板と、さらにカバーボードと、前記ガセットプレートとを備え、側板と基板との配置が┣形にされ、側板が基板の側面から基板の幅である所定距離を退避し、側板の内側に前記ガセットプレートが設置され、基板及び側板の工程媒質との接触表面にそれぞれ脱着可能な裏板が取付けられることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のバレル法による鋼スラグ処理装置。
- 前記基板の幅が50〜150cmであることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のバレル法による鋼スラグ処理装置。
- 前記側板の設置位置は、前記左右筒体の回転方向の後部が高く、前部で低いような半円環状であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のバレル法による鋼スラグ処理装置。
- 前記外筒体に内筒体が内蔵され、前記外筒体の内部表面に、前記外筒体の内部表面に沿って均一に分布された多数の螺旋形のリフトボードが設置されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバレル法による鋼スラグ処理装置。
- 前記リフトボードが平面または捩り面であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のバレル法による鋼スラグ処理装置。
- 前記内筒体の内壁に、複数の突出したリフトボードが設置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバレル法による鋼スラグ処理装置。
- 前記内筒体のグリッド部分に前記リフトボードが設置され、前記リフトボードの断面がL形または逆П形となっていて、鋼ボールが前記L形または逆П形のリフトボードから落ちることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のバレル法による鋼スラグ処理装置。
- 前記内筒体のエンドキャップに前記リフトボードが設置され、前記リフトボードの端部にガイドボードが設置され、前記リフトボードがエンドキャップの中心に向って放射状に配列されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のバレル法による鋼スラグ処理装置。
