Claims (6)
- ベースフィルムと、
該ベースフィルム上に形成され、鉛フリーガラス粉末40〜70wt%、充填剤1〜10wt%、結合剤10〜40wt%、可塑剤1〜10wt%及び分散剤0.1〜5wt%を含んで構成された第1膜形成材料層と、
該第1膜形成材料層上に形成され、鉛フリーガラス粉末40〜70wt%、充填剤1〜10wt%、結合剤10〜40wt%、可塑剤1〜10wt%及び分散剤0.1〜5wt%を含んで構成された第2膜形成材料層と、
を含んで構成され、前記第1膜形成材料層と前記第2膜形成材料層とでエッチング比率が異なることを特徴とする隔壁用グリーンシート。 - 前記第2膜形成材料層上の保護フィルムをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の隔壁用グリーンシート。
- 前記第1、第2膜形成材料層は、消泡剤0〜2wt%、レベリング剤0〜2wt%及び溶媒0〜1wt%をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の隔壁用グリーンシート。
- a)互いに対向配置された背面基板及び前面基板と、
b)前記背面基板に設けられたアドレス電極及び前記前面基板に設けられた放電維持電極と、
c)前記背面基板と前記前面基板との間に配置され、多数の放電セルを区画する隔壁と、
d)前記隔壁で区画された放電セル内に形成された蛍光体層と、
を含んで構成され、
前記隔壁は、
鉛フリーガラス粉末40〜70wt%、充填剤1〜10wt%、結合剤10〜40wt%、可塑剤1〜10wt%及び分散剤0.1〜5wt%を含んで構成された第1膜形成材料層と、
鉛フリーガラス粉末40〜70wt%、充填剤1〜10wt%、結合剤10〜40wt%、可塑剤1〜10wt%及び分散剤0.1〜5wt%を含んで構成され、前記第1膜形成材料層とはエッチング比率の異なる第2膜形成材料層と、
を積層して形成される、
ことを特徴とするプラズマディスプレイパネル。 - 前記第1、第2膜形成材料層は、消泡剤0〜2wt%及びレベリング剤0〜2wt%をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のプラズマディスプレイパネル。
- 前記充填剤は、ZnO、Al2O3及びTiO2よりなる群から選択される一つ以上の物質を含む請求項4又は請求項5に記載のプラズマディスプレイパネル。
