Description
Claims (10)
- 電気駆動システム(26)であって、
第1の出力部材(34)と、
第2の出力部材(36)と、
回転軸を有する駆動シャフト(31)と、
駆動シャフトに隣接して配置される複数の電気モータ(28a、28b、28c)であって、各々が、駆動シャフトに駆動係合し、かつ、駆動シャフトに実質的に平行な出力シャフト(29a、29b、29c)を有する複数の電気モータと、
駆動シャフトが電気モータから差動ステアリングシステムへトルクを伝えるように、駆動シャフトと第1及び第2の出力部材との間に作動可能に配置される差動ステアリングシステム(40)であって、差動ステアリングシステムが、駆動シャフトと第1の出力部材との間で作動可能に係合され、かつ、駆動シャフトと第2の出力部材との間で作動可能に係合される第1の遊星歯車アセンブリ(42)を含み、第1の遊星歯車アセンブリが、駆動シャフトの回転軸と実質的に整列する回転軸を有する差動ステアリングシステムと、
差動ステアリングシステムに作動可能に係合し、かつ、第1及び第2の出力部材の相対回転速度を同時に調節するように作動可能なステアリングモータ(70)と
を備えた電気駆動システム(26)。 - 複数の電気モータが3つの電気モータである請求項1に記載の電気駆動システム。
- 3つの電気モータの出力シャフトが、駆動シャフトの軸まわりに互いに間隔を置いて配置される請求項2に記載の電気駆動システム。
- 駆動係合が、駆動シャフト上の平歯車(33)と係合する複数の各電気モータの出力シャフト上の平歯車(30a、30b、30c)を含む請求項1に記載の電気駆動システム。
- 各出力シャフト上の平歯車が、駆動シャフト上の平歯車より小さい請求項4に記載の電気駆動システム。
- 車両(20)の電気駆動システム(26)を作動する方法であって、
第1の出力シャフト(29a)を駆動シャフト(31)の軸と平行な状態にして、駆動シャフトに隣接する第1の出力シャフトを有する第1の電気モータ(28a)を配置する工程と、
第2の出力シャフト(29b)を駆動シャフトの軸と平行な状態にして、駆動シャフトに隣接する第2の出力シャフトを有する第2の電気モータ(28b)を配置する工程と、
第1及び第2の各出力シャフト上に歯車(30a、30b)を配置する工程と、
第1及び第2の各出力シャフト上の歯車と駆動係合するように駆動シャフト上に歯車(33)を配置する工程と、
車両上に第1及び第2の出力部材(34、36)を配置する工程と、
駆動シャフトと第1及び第2の出力部材との間で駆動係合するように差動ステアリングシステム(40)を配置する工程と、
第1及び第2の各出力シャフト上の歯車を同じ回転方向に回転させるように第1及び第2の電気モータを駆動し、それにより駆動シャフト上の歯車を駆動し、そして、それにより第1及び第2の出力部材を駆動する工程と
を含む方法。 - 第3の出力シャフト(29c)を駆動シャフトと平行な状態にして、駆動シャフトに隣接して第3の出力シャフトを有する第3の電気モータ(28c)を配置する工程と、
駆動シャフト上の歯車と係合するように第3の出力シャフト上に歯車(30c)を配置する工程と、
第3の出力シャフト上の歯車を、第1及び第2の出力シャフト上の歯車と同じ方向に回転させるように第3の電気モータを駆動する工程と
を更に含む請求項6に記載の方法。 - 第1の出力部材で第1の地面係合部材(22)を駆動し、かつ、第2の出力部材で第2の地面係合部材(24)を駆動する工程
を更に含む請求項6に記載の方法。 - 第1の出力部材と第1の地面係合部材との間に第1のファイナルドライブ(62)を配置する工程と、
第2の出力部材と第2の地面係合部材との間に第2のファイナルドライブ(64)を配置する工程と
を更に含む請求項8に記載の方法。 - 駆動シャフトの回転軸からオフセットされた状態で、駆動軸(86)に沿って第1のファイナルドライブを配置する工程と、
駆動シャフトの回転軸からオフセットされた状態で、駆動軸(88)に沿って第2のファイナルドライブを配置する工程と
を更に含む請求項9に記載の方法。
