Description
Claims (7)
- X線を発生する陽極ターゲットと、
前記陽極ターゲットに向けて電子を発生する電子放出源と、
前記陽極ターゲットが連結されたロータと、
前記ロータを回転させるための推進力を発生するステータコイルと、
少なくとも前記陽極ターゲットと前記電子放出源と前記ロータを所定の真空度に維持する外囲器と、
前記外囲器の周囲に水系冷却媒体を介在させることのできるハウジングと、
前記電子放出源及び前記ステータコイルに電源を供給する電線材と、
前記電線材及び前記ステータコイルを前記水系冷却媒体から絶縁するモールド材と、
を具備するX線装置。 - 前記モールド材は、樹脂を含む請求項1記載のX線装置。
- 前記モールド材は、熱伝導率を高めることのできる電気絶縁材料を含む請求項2記載のX線装置。
- 前記水系冷却媒体は、グリコール類を含む請求項1記載のX線装置。
- 前記水系冷却媒体は、水を主な成分としたグリコール類との混合液を含む請求項1記載のX線装置。
- 前記水系冷却媒体は、冷却ユニットにより冷却されて循環される請求項1記載のX線装置。
- 前記水系冷却媒体は、少なくとも前記陽極ターゲットと前記電子放出源との近傍を循環される請求項6記載のX線装置。
