Description
Claims (3)
- 中央から対称に形成されている本体(20)であって、
パイプ(10)の挿入を防止するために中央から両端に形成されている係止突起(21)と、
前記パイプ(10)を支持して密着させるために本体(20)の一定範囲内で拡大された部分と、
前記一定範囲内で拡大された部分から形成された凹溝部(22)と、
前記凹溝部(22)の直径よりさらに大きな直径を有し、入口側に行くほど、次第に狭くなるテーパー部(23)と、
パイプ(10)の挿入のために、前記テーパー部(23)が終わる最も狭い部分で“L”状に曲がった入口(26)と、
を有している本体(20)と、
本体(20)内部の凹溝部(22)に設けられて、気密性を加えるためにパイプ(10)の外径に密着されているパッキング(27)と、
凹溝部(22)の突出部により支持される下端と、本体(20)の入口(26)側に位置している他の下端とを有するスプリング(24)であって、
前記他の下端は、最後のラウンド(24a)と、円の形状を形成する隣接ラウンドとを有し、
当該隣接ラウンドは、パイプ(10)の挿入方向と直角をなし、
最後のラウンド(24a)は隣接ラウンドとの一定間隔を維持して隣接ラウンドに対して平行に設計されている
スプリング(24)と、
前記スプリングの最後のラウンド(24a)とスプリング(24)の隣接ラウンドの間に挿入されるストッパー(25)であって、
入口(26)側に位置し、これによって、本体(20)のテーパー部(23)と接触する接触面を柔らかくし、パイプ(10)と接触される面はパイプ(10)からの摩擦力を最大化するために、のこぎり状を有し、本体(20)の内部にある外周面とパイプ(10)の外部にある外周面の間に、パイプ(10)が挿入される時、パイプ(10)を固定させるくさび作用をするように、本体(20)あるいはパイプ(10)より強度が強いストッパー(25)と、
を含むことを特徴とする配管用ジョイント。 - 圧縮率を高め、パイプ(10)が挿入しやすいように前記パッキング(27)の断面がX状を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の配管用ジョイント。
- 前記入口(26)部分にダストシール(28)を採用し、外部から汚水やダストの流入を防止することを特徴とする請求項1記載の配管用ジョイント。
