従って、検出抵抗Rdに比べて絶縁抵抗Riが大きい正常時、接続点電圧Vxには、矩形波パルス信号P1とほぼ同じ波高値のパルスが現れる。一方、絶縁抵抗Riが低下して、検出抵抗Rdに比べて絶縁抵抗Riが小さくなると、接続点電圧Vxも小さくなる。

Claims (4)
- グランド−直流電源間の絶縁抵抗と直列に接続される検出抵抗と、前記絶縁抵抗−前記検出抵抗間に設けられたカップリングコンデンサと、前記絶縁抵抗、前記カップリングコンデンサ及び前記検出抵抗から成る直列回路にパルス信号を印加するパルス信号印加手段と、所定周波数以上の信号成分を除去した前記カップリングコンデンサ−前記検出抵抗間の接続点電圧を出力するフィルタと、該フィルタの出力に基づいて前記絶縁抵抗の低下を検出する低下検出手段とを備えた絶縁抵抗低下検出器の状態を検出する状態検出方法であって、
前記直列回路に第1パルス幅のパルス信号を印加したときの前記フィルタ出力の波高値と、前記直列回路に前記第1パルス幅よりも短い第2パルス幅のパルス信号を印加したときの前記フィルタ出力の波高値と、の差を求め、該求めた差がショート判定値以上であるとき、ショート故障を検出することを特徴とする状態検出方法。 - 前記第1パルス幅のパルス信号を印加したときの前記フィルタ出力の波高値が所定値を越え、かつ前記求めた差が前記ショート判定値よりも小さいオープン判定値未満であるとき、オープン故障を検出することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の状態検出方法。
- 前記求めた差が前記ショート判定値未満、かつ該ショート判定値よりも小さい正常判定値以上であるとき、正常状態を検出することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の状態検出方法。
- グランド−直列電源間の絶縁抵抗と直列に接続される検出抵抗と、前記絶縁抵抗−前記検出抵抗間に設けられたカップリングコンデンサと、前記絶縁抵抗、前記カップリングコンデンサ及び前記検出抵抗からなる直列回路にパルス信号を印加するパルス信号印加手段と、所定周波数以上の信号成分を除去した前記カップリングコンデンサ−前記検出抵抗間の接続点電圧を出力するフィルタと、該フィルタの出力に基づいて前記絶縁抵抗の低下を検出する低下検出手段とを備えた絶縁抵抗低下検出器において、
前記パルス信号印加手段に第1パルス幅及び該第1パルス幅よりも短い第2パルス幅のパルス信号を印加させるパルス幅変動手段と、
前記第1パルス幅のパルス信号を印加させたときの前記フィルタ出力の波高値と前記第2パルス幅のパルス信号を印加させたときの前記フィルタ出力の波高値との差分を求める差分演算手段と、
前記差分演算手段が求めた差分がショート判定値以上であるとき、ショート故障を検出する検出手段とを備えたことを特徴とする絶縁低下検出器。
