Description
Claims (20)
- 第1の端部と第2の端部と、それらの間に延びる少なくとも1つの直線状排気とを有する本体と、
前記本体の前記第1の端部と前記少なくとも1つの直線状排気とに隣接して配設された可撓性保持キャップとを備え、前記直線状排気は回転力の作用の下で排気バルブを自己清掃を行い、且つ前記本体および前記可撓性保持キャップがガス透過性であることを特徴とする排気バルブ。 - 前記本体および前記可撓性保持キャップが柔軟性を有する材料製であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の排気バルブ。
- 前記本体および前記可撓性保持キャップがフッ化シリコン材料製であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の排気バルブ。
- 前記少なくとも1つの直線状排気が1つの平坦部であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の排気バルブ。
- 前記少なくとも1つの直線的排気が前記本体に沿って延びる傾斜部を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の排気バルブ。
- 前記可撓性保持キャップが傘形状であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の排気バルブ。
- 前記本体および前記可撓性保持キャップが四フッ化ポリエチレン重合体製であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の排気バルブ。
- 互いに交差する2つの平坦部を備えることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の排気バルブ。
- 内部チャンバと前記継手チャンバと連通する排気開口部を形成する排気プレートとを有する定速度継手と、前記排気開口部に取り付けられた排気バルブとから構成され;
前記排気バルブは、第1の端部と第2の端部と、それらの間に延びる少なくとも1つの直線的排気とを有する本体と、
前記本体の前記第1の端部と前記少なくとも1つの直線的排気とに隣接して配設された可撓性保持キャップとを備え、前記直線的排気は回転力の作用の下で前記排気バルブを自己清掃するようになされた定速度継手を備え、
前記本体および前記可撓性保持キャップがガス透過性であることを特徴とする定速度継手排気システム。 - 前記可撓性保持キャップが、前記排気開口部より大きな表面積を有することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の定速度継手排気システム。
- 前記排気プレートが、オフセットまたは凹部を有することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の定速度継手排気システム。
- 前記本体および前記可撓性保持キャップが、フッ化シリコン材料製であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の定速度継手排気システム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの直線的排気が1つの平坦部であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の定速度継手排気システム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの直線的排気が前記本体に沿って延び、軸方向に傾斜している請求項9に記載の定速度継手排気システム。
- 前記可撓性保持キャップが傘形状であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の定速度継手排気システム。
- 前記可撓性保持キャップが前記排気プレートの最外表面に対して軸方向に凹むように前記排気プレートが形成されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の定速度継手排気システム。
- 凹部またはオフセットが、前記可撓性保持キャップの最外表面が前記排気プレートの前記最外表面にまたはその下に位置するように、前記排気開口部を含む前記排気プレートの最外表面と前記排気プレートの端部表面の間で第1の距離D1を有することを特徴とする請求項11に記載の定速度継手排気システム。
- 前記凹部またはオフセットが、前記排気開口部から半径方向に、前記可撓性保持キャップの最外半径方向縁より大きく延びることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の定速度継手排気システム。
- 前記凹部またはオフセットが、前記排気開口部から半径方向に、前記可撓性保持キャップの最外半径方向縁より大きく延びることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の定速度継手排気システム。
- 円筒状の外表面と、第1の端部と、第2の端部を有する本体と、
前記外表面に形成され、前記第1の端部から第2の端部に延びる少なくとも1つの直線状排気であって、前記外表面は前記第1の端部に隣接して位置する環状リップと、その環状リップと前記第2の端部の間に位置する環状チャネルと、前記環状リップ上に位置し前記環状チャネルに向かう環状係合部とを有し、排気通路が前記少なくとも1つの直線状排気と前記環状チャネルによって形成される直線状排気と、
前記本体の前記環状チャネルと前記第2の端部の間に形成され、前記環状チャネルを覆う雨傘形であり、前記環状チャネルより大きな外周を有する前記環状リップより大きな外周を有する可撓性保持キャップとを有し、
前記少なくとも1つの直線状排気が、回転力の作用の下で排気バルブを自己清掃するようにされ、前記本体および前記可撓性保持キャップがガス透過性であることを特徴とする定速度継手に使用する排気バルブ。
