Claims (4)
- 製造されるニッケル合金粉末におけるAg含有量が所定量となるようにニッケルの塩化物と銀もしくは銀の塩化物との量を調整して装入した反応容器内において、気相化学反応を用いて製造されるニッケル合金粉末であって、
前記ニッケル合金粉末が、ニッケルを主体とし、銀を0.1〜30原子%含有し、平均粒径が0.1〜5μmで、表層の銀濃度が、平均の銀濃度よりも高いことを特徴とするニッケル合金粉末。 - ニッケルと銀の合計量が90原子%以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のニッケル合金粉末。
- 前記ニッケル合金粉末がさらに硫黄を0.0005〜5原子%含有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のニッケル合金粉末。
- 前記ニッケル合金粉末が導電性ぺーストに使用されるものであることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のニッケル合金粉末。
