Description
(ウ)同時に、塩化ビニル樹脂系接着剤の組成を明瞭化したことに意義があり、例えば、塩化ビニル樹脂が5wt%より少なくなると塗布時の粘性不足や補強効果にかけ、25wt%より多くなると塗布性が悪くなり均一な塗膜を形成し難くなる。
(エ)同時に、塗膜厚を1mmより厚く形成しても、接着剤の無駄になるだけではなく実施例に示されるように伸び率の改善、つまり補強効果が期待できないため、塗膜厚を1mm以下に特定したことに意義がある。
また、伸び率の残存率(%)は、試料番号1の伸び率164%を基準(このとき、伸び率の残存率を100%に換算)として、試料番号2〜6の各伸び率の場合を算出した。
Claims (1)
- 透明塩化ビニル管の劣化対策および耐久性の復元対策として、透明塩化ビニル管の外周面に、塩化ビニル樹脂5〜25wt%および有機溶剤75〜95wt%で構成されている塩化ビニル樹脂系接着剤を、乾燥後の塗膜厚1mm未満となるよう塗布し、かつ塗布乾燥された状態で管内を目視可能にする程度まで透明にすることを特徴とする透明塩化ビニル管の補強方法。
