Claims (7)
- 航空機構造体を有する航空機の外板に設置される窓枠であって、
外側フランジと、
内側フランジと、
垂直フランジと、
窓要素と、
複数のホルダ要素(10)と、を備え、
前記垂直フランジは、前記外側フランジ及び前記内側フランジに垂直に、かつ前記外側フランジと前記内側フランジとの間に配置され、
前記外側フランジは、前記窓枠を前記航空機構造体に接続するために、前記航空機構造体に接続するように適合され、
前記窓要素は、前記内側フランジ及び前記垂直フランジのうちの少なくとも1つに対して当接し、
前記窓要素は、前記窓枠に接続される前記複数のホルダ要素により固定され、
前記複数のホルダ要素は、互いに略等間隔に配置され、
前記複数のホルダ要素は、前記外側フランジ上に配置され、
前記複数のホルダ要素の各々は、
前記外側フランジ(2)に平行なプレート面を有するベースプレート(11)と、
鋸歯状の構造を備える外側面を有するピン(12)と、
ピン(12)とのロック留め接続が可能になる、弾力性のある、鉤状のクランプ要素を有するダウンホルダクリップ(13)と、を有し、
前記各ピンは、前記各ベースプレートの前記各プレート面にそれぞれ垂直に配置され、
前記各ダウンホルダクリップは、前記各ピンとそれぞれ圧力嵌めにより係合されるように適合される、
窓枠。 - 前記クランプ要素(15)を、これらを取り囲むロック要素(14)で固定することにより、前記窓要素は、その設置位置に固定され、保持される、請求項1に記載の窓枠。
- 環状のロック要素をさらに備え、
前記弾力性のある、鉤状のクランプ要素は、端部領域を含み、
前記環状のロック要素は、前記弾力性のある、鉤状のクランプ要素の前記端部領域の上に置かれるように適合される、請求項2に記載の窓枠。 - 前記複数のホルダ要素は、熱可塑性材料からなる、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の窓枠。
- 前記熱可塑性材料は、補強繊維を含む、請求項4に記載の窓枠。
- 前記複数のホルダ要素は、ダイカストで作られる、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の窓枠。
- 前記各ベースプレートは、前記窓枠の前記外側フランジに糊付けされ、前記窓枠の前記航空機構造体への搭載の際、前記各ベースプレートを有する前記外側フランジを前記航空機の前記外板にリベット締めするように適合される、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の窓枠。
