Abstract

ESTRUTURA DE JANELA PARA AERONAVE. Uma estrutura de janela (1) para instalação no invólucro exterior (5) de uma aeronave, estrutura esta que compreende pelo menos um flange externo (2), um flange interno (3), e um flange vertical (4) disposto perpendicular a e entre estes flanges, um flange vertical é fixado a um elemento de janela (7, 8) a ser preso. Este é fixado em sua posição por meio de uma pluralidade de elementos prendedores (10) distribuídos em eqüidistância sobre a periferia da estrutura de janela (1), os elementos prendedores (10) são conectados ao flange externo (2) da estrutura de janela. Cada um dos elementos prendedores (10) compreende uma chapa de base (11) com um pino (12) disposto perpendicular à superfície de chapa, assim como um grampo prendedor (13) que pode ser colocado em encaixe por ajuste de força com o pino (12). As superfícies externas do pino são providas com uma estrutura do tipo dente de serra, a qual é colocada em encaixe com os elementos de aperto (15) em forma de gancho formados de maneira flexível sobre o grampo prendedor (13) e sobre os quais um elemento de trava em forma de anel (14) se desloca. Os elementos prendedores (10) compreendem um material termoplástico que pode ser provido com fibras de reforço e são feitas por meio de fundição sob pressão. Antes da instalação da estrutura de janela (1) na aeronave, as chapas de base (11) dos elementos prendedores (10) são aderidas ao flange externo (2) da estrutura de janela (1), e, após a montagem, são rebitadas com estes elementos prendedores ao invólucro exterior (5) da aeronave.
