Abstract

MOLDURA DE JANELA PARA AERONAVE. Uma moldura de janela (1) para instalação no envoltório externo de uma aeronave compreende em cada caso pelo menos um flange externo (2), um flange interno (3), e um flange vertical (4) disposto de forma perpendicular a e entre esses flanges (2, 3), onde a conexão com a estrutura da aeronave (5) é realizada através do flange externo (2) e onde o flange interno (3), um elemento de janela (7, 8) a ser retido é fixado, que é retido através do flange vertical (4). A moldura de janela (1) compreende resina reforçada com feixes de fibra dispostos de forma unidirecional (20), onde o progresso dos feixes de fibra nas três regiões do flange externo (2), do flange interno (3) e do flange vertical (4) respectivamente, segue a direção da carga mecânica. Para fabricação, uma parte semi-acabada feita de feixes de fibra dispostos de maneira unidirecional é inserida em uma ferramenta de moldagem (11), na qual, sob pressão e temperatura, a resina é injetada, e o componente feito dessa maneira é endurecido subseqüentemente na ferramenta de moldagem (11).
