Claims (4)
1. Рама иллюминатора летательного аппарата, устанавливаемая во внешнем корпусе, которая содержит по меньшей мере один внешний фланец, имеющий разную толщину в различных радиальных зонах, по меньшей мере один внутренний фланец и по меньшей мере один вертикальный фланец, размещенный между по меньшей мере одним внешним фланцем и по меньшей мере одним внутренним фланцем перпендикулярно по отношению к ним, причем соединение с несущей конструкцией летательного аппарата осуществляется по меньшей мере по одному внешнему фланцу, и прозрачная часть иллюминатора, которая закреплена по меньшей мере на одном внутреннем фланце, который удерживается по меньшей мере одним вертикальным фланцем, отличающаяся тем, что она выполнена из смолы, армированной пучками волокон (20, 23, 24, 25), размещенными в одном направлении.
2. Рама иллюминатора по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что направление пучков волокон (20, 23, 24, 25) соответствует направлению действия механических нагрузок.
3. Рама иллюминатора по п.2, отличающаяся тем, что направление пучков волокон (20, 23, 24, 25) выбирается следующим образом:
внешний фланец (2):
квазиизотропная радиальная структура в зоне прохождения пояса заклепок (6);
внутренний фланец (3):
преимущественное направление 0°;
слои под углами ±60° на внешних поверхностях;
угол 90° для усиления конструкции;
вертикальный фланец (4):
центральная часть, воспринимающая основную нагрузку, под углом 0°;
слои под углом ±60° на внешней поверхности.
4. Способ изготовления рамы иллюминатора по любому из пп.1-3, при котором заготовка (10), изготовленная из пучков волокон (20, 23, 24, 25), размещенных в одном направлении, вставляется в пресс-форму (11), в которую под давлением инжектируется разогретая смола, и затем часть (1), полученная таким образом, отверждается в пресс-форме (11).
