Claims (2)
- 航空機の外装シェルに据え付けられる窓枠であって、
1つ以上の外側フランジと、
1つ以上の内側フランジと、
前記1つ以上の外側フランジ及び前記1つ以上の内側フランジに対して垂直をなし、かつ前記1つ以上の外側フランジと前記1つ以上の内側フランジとの間に配置された、1つ以上の垂直フランジと、を備え、
前記1つ以上の外側フランジを介して前記航空機の構造体と接続され、
前記1つ以上の内側フランジには、前記1つ以上の垂直フランジを介して保持される窓要素が付設され、
前記窓枠(1)は、一定方向に配列された繊維束(20、23、24、25)により強化された樹脂を含み、
前記繊維束(20、23、24、25)の進行方向は、荷重方向に沿い、
前記繊維束(20、23、24、25)の進行方向は、以下のように選定される、
外側フランジ(2):
リベット締め(6)の領域において、擬似等方性の半径方向の構造、
内側フランジ(3):
主に0°方向、
外側における±60°の層、
補強のための90°、
垂直フランジ(4):

ことを特徴とする窓枠。 - 請求項1に記載の窓枠を製造する方法であって、
一定方向に配列された繊維束(20、23、24、25)から作られた半完成部材(10)を成形型(11)に挿入し、その中に圧力及び温度下で樹脂を注入し、このようにして形成された構成材(1)を次に前記成形型(11)の中で硬化させる、
ことを特徴とする方法。
