Abstract

MOLDURA DE JANELA PARA AERONAVE Uma moldura de janela (1) para instalação na carcaça exterior (5) de uma aeronave, a qual compreende, em cada caso, pelo menos um flange externo (2), um flange interno e um flange vertical (4) disposto de forma perpendicular entre estes flanges, é fabricada a partir de uma resina sintética reforçada com fibras, onde, primeiro, uma peça semi-acabada compreendendo material de fibra é inserida em uma ferramenta de moldagem, na qual é injetada a resina sob pressão e temperatura e subseqüentemente, o componente feito desta forma é endurecido na ferramenta de moldagem. A peça semi-acabada pode possuir uma estrutura de camada feita a partir de um material de malha, de feixes de fibras ou de uma combinação de feixes de fibras e um material de malha.
