Abstract

ARMAçãO DE JANELA PARA AERONAVE. Uma armação de janela (1) para instalação no revestimento externo (5) de uma aeronave compreende pelo menos um flange externo (2), um flange interno (3) e um flange vertical (4) disposto em sentido perpendicular a e entre estes flanges, pelo que a 1igação com a estrutura da aeronave ocorre por meio do flange externo (2) e pelo que é fixado no flange interno (3) o elemento de janela a ser retido, que é retido por meio do flange vertical (4). A armação de janela (1) compreende uma resina reforçada com peças semi-acabadas de uma trama de fibras, pelo que a progressão das camadas de trama nas três regiões do flange externo, do flange interno e do flange vertical, respectivamente, segue a direção de carga mecânica. Para a fabricação, uma peça semi-acabada (10) fabricada a partir de uma trama reforçada (20, 21, 22) é inserida em uma ferramenta de moldagem (11), na qual, sob pressão e temperatura, a resina é injetada, e o componente fabricado desta maneira é endurecido em seguida na ferramenta de moldagem.
