Description
本出願は、2004年8月9日出願の米国特許仮出願第60/600,101号の優先日の利益を主張し、この開示内容を参考資料としてここに援用し、また、2004年5月24日出願のドイツ特許出願第DE 10 2004 025 380号の優先日の利益を主張し、この開示内容を参考資料としてここに援用する。

Claims (2)
- 航空機構造体を有する航空機の外板に設置される窓枠であって、
外側フランジと、
内側フランジと、
垂直フランジと、
窓要素とを備え、
前記垂直フランジは、前記外側フランジと前記内側フランジに本質的に垂直に、また、前記外側フランジと前記内側フランジとの間に配置され、
前記外側フランジは、前記航空機構造体に接続するようになされ、
前記窓要素は、前記内側フランジに対して当接し、前記垂直フランジに支持され、
前記窓枠は、繊維ウェビング半完成部材で補強された樹脂からなり、
前記繊維ウェビング半完成部材は、繊維束を備え、
前記繊維束の経路方向は、機械的な荷重方向に沿っている、窓枠。 - 請求項1又は2のいずれか1項の窓枠の作成方法であって、
異なるように配置されたウェブ(20、21、22)でできた前記半完成部材(10)を成形型に入れるステップと、
前記繊維ウェビング半完成部材は、繊維束を備え、
前記繊維束の経路方向は、機械的な荷重方向に沿っており、
前記成形型に樹脂を注入する一方で前記成形型の前記半完成部材に一定の圧力及び温度を与えるステップと、
その後、前記注入後の前記半完成部材を前記成形型の中で硬化することにより、前記窓枠(1)を形成するステップとを備える、方法。
