を満たし、且つ、中間層の厚みd(nm)が、65〜103nmの範囲にある反射防止フィルムとする。

によって求められた値と対応する範囲となっている。すなわち、本発明の上記中間層の厚みd(nm)の範囲をなす3つの範囲は、上記の式(5)の光の波長λ(nm)として、本発明で考慮している3波長型の蛍光灯の備えるRGBの各領域に相当する3つの光のピーク波長領域、すなわち450nm付近、545nm付近、610nm付近の3つの波長領域に対応した値を選択して適用することにより、求めることができる範囲である。この3波長型の蛍光灯の備えるRGBの各領域に相当する3つの光のピーク波長の値は、それぞれの蛍光灯の設計によって若干異なってくるが、それに対応させた値を上記の式(5)に適用することも当然に可能である。ピーク波長の真の中心の値から意図的にずらした値を上記の式(5)に適用することも当然に可能である。

で求められる値が一般に0.07以下、好ましくは0.05以下、特に0.03以下となる値であることが好ましい。この基準に従って中間層の屈折率n2の値を設定して各層の屈折率の差を小さくすることで、干渉縞発生抑止効果と反射防止効果とを特に高めた反射防止フィルムを得ることができる。
本発明の反射防止フィルム及びディスプレイ用フィルタの製造
透明基材としてPETフィルム(屈折率1.65、150μm厚)の製膜直後に、このPETフィルム上にイオウ変性したアクリル樹脂を流延し、これを圧延・接着して、屈折率1.59で厚さ80nmの中間層(中間屈折率層)を形成した。次に、多官能性アクリレートモノマーとしてジペンタエリスリトールヘキサアクリレート(DPHA)(日本化薬(株)製、商品名DPHA)75質量部、平均粒径150nmのパイクロア構造のSb2O5を25質量部、MEK100質量部、トルエン100質量部、重合開始剤として光重合開始剤(チバスペシャリティーケミカルズ社製、商品名イルガキュア184)4質量部を含むコート液を調製して、上述の中間層のさらに上に塗布した。次いで80℃で約1分間乾燥処理した後に、紫外線照射(光量200mJ/cm2)により硬化させて、ハードコート層(屈折率1.54、厚さ5μm)を形成した。
ATOを使用した反射防止フィルム及びディスプレイ用フィルタの製造
ハードコート層に、パイクロア構造のSb2O5を使用する代わりに、平均粒径150nmのATO(アンチモンドープスズ)を50質量部使用したことを除いて、実施例と同様に反射防止フィルム及びディスプレイ用フィルタを作製した。
日立製可視紫外光分光測定装置(U−4000)を用いて波長400〜800nm付近の平均透過率を測定した。
表面抵抗値の測定は、JISK6911に基づき、アドバンテスト社製のデジタル超高抵抗計(R8340A)を用いて500V印加にて測定した。
実施例及び比較例のディスプレイ用フィルタを、3波長形の蛍光灯(東芝製、商品名FHF32EX−N)を天井灯として使用した室内で、平滑な壁面に反射防止フィルム面が室内側になるように設置した。3波長形の蛍光灯の照明により生じた干渉縞(油染み)の程度を目視にて評価した。評価は、○:目立った干渉縞がほとんど見えない △:目立つ干渉縞が若干見える ×:目立つ干渉縞がはっきり見える の三段階で行った。この結果を次の表に示す。

Claims (10)
- 透明基材上に、中間層、ハードコート層、及びハードコート層よりも屈折率が小さい低屈折率層が順に積層された反射防止フィルムであって、
前記ハードコート層が、樹脂と、当該樹脂中に分散されたプロトン伝導性を有する導電性微粒子からなる帯電防止用フィラーと、を含み、
前記導電性微粒子がパイロクロア構造を有する酸化アンチモンの微粒子であり、かつ
前記中間層の屈折率が1.54〜1.62の範囲にあることを特徴とする反射防止フィルム。 - 前記酸化アンチモンの微粒子の平均粒径が5〜300nmの範囲にある請求項1に記載の反射防止フィルム。
- 前記ハードコート層が、前記帯電防止用フィラーを、前記ハードコート層の総質量に対して4〜85質量%の範囲の割合で含む請求項1又は2に記載の反射防止フィルム。
- 前記ハードコート層の厚みが1〜10μmの範囲にある請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の反射防止フィルム。
- 前記樹脂が、紫外線硬化性樹脂である請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の反射防止フィルム。
- 前記透明基材がPETフィルムである請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の反射防止フィルム。
- 前記中間層の厚みが60〜115nmの範囲にある請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の反射防止フィルム。
- 前記低屈折率層が、中空シリカを分散させた樹脂を含む請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の反射防止フィルム。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の反射防止フィルムを有するディスプレイ用フィルタ。
- 反射防止フィルムが、最外層として設けられた請求項9に記載のディスプレイ用フィルタ。
