前記カートリッジ内に位置し且つ該カートリッジの前記少なくとも1つの流れチャネルと流体連通している流れセンサにして、試料流体の流体速度を検知して該流体速度を前記制御装置へと報告するようになされている流れセンサと、

前記制御装置は、前記カートリッジの前記少なくとも1つの流れチャネルにおける所望の流体速度を達成するために前記ポンプを制御するようになされている、流れ制御システム。 - 流れ制御システムであって、

前記ポンプと前記圧力室との間に接続された緩衝装置(166)と、を備え、
前記カートリッジは、10mm未満の厚みおよび150cm2未満の面積を有し、
前記圧力室は、前記制御装置に接続されている入口弁(172)と、前記制御装置に接続されている圧力センサ(173)と、を備え、
前記制御装置は、前記カートリッジの前記少なくとも1つの流れチャネルにおける所望の流体速度を達成するために前記ポンプを制御するようになされており、
前記ポンプは気体ポンプであり、
前記容器は液体容器であり、
前記ポンプは静電作動ポンプであり、
前記弁は静電作動弁である、流れ制御システム。
