Description
これは、ストレーナを設けた第1の連続押出装置と、ギアポンプを設けた第2の連続押出装置とを順次に配置して、第1の連続押出装置で、供給されたゴム材料を混練して押出すとともに、そのゴム材料中の異物をストレーナによって除去し、そして、この第1の連続押出装置の口金で成形したストリップゴムを、第2の連続押出装置で混練してギアポンプへ押出し、次いで、そのギアポンプから定量吐出されるゴム材料を、口金で成形して所定のストリップゴムとし、この所定のストリップゴムを一本の圧着ローラによって成型ドラムの外周に巻付けるとするものであり、これによれば、ゴム材料の温度上昇を抑制しつつ、ギアポンプの回転数を上げて吐出量を増やすことができるとする。
なおここで、「ほぼ一定」とは、たとえば、ギアポンプに対する設定供給温度を100℃としたときは、100±15℃の範囲内の温度をいうものとする。
いいかえれば、ゴム材料を所定の温度に加熱するに当って、コンベアの出側部分にてそこへの供給熱量を多くしても、ギアポンプに供給される直前のゴム材料には、蓄熱に起因する加硫の進行、焦げの発生時の問題が生じることはない。

Claims (3)
- 未加硫のリボン状ゴムストリップを成型ドラム上で巻回積層して生タイヤを成型するに当り、
精錬工程を経て供給された生地ゴムを、熱入れコールドチューバに投入して、熱入れされたゴム材料を、ゴム中の異物を除去しつつ口金から押出し、押出されたこのゴム材料を、温度調整コンベアを介してギアポンプに供給し、このギアポンプから吐出されて成形されたリボン状のゴムストリップを成型ドラム上に巻回積層する生タイヤの成型方法。 - ゴム材料の搬送方向で複数の帯域に区分した温度調整コンベアの各帯域の加熱温度を制御して、ゴム材料の搬送速度のいかんにかかわらず、そのゴム材料の、ギアポンプへの供給温度をほぼ一定とする請求項1に記載の生タイヤの成型方法。
- 温度調整コンベアのそれぞれの帯域の加熱温度を、コンベアの出側で入側より高く設定する請求項2に記載の生タイヤの成型方法。
