Description
前記燃料極で発生された水との化学反応によって燃料を発生する燃料発生部材を有し、
前記燃料発生部材の前記燃料を放出する放出面と、前記燃料極の前記燃料が供給される供給面とは、互いに対向して平行に配置され、
前記放出面は、前記燃料を面状に放出することを特徴とする燃料電池。
前記酸化剤極は、前記固体酸化物電解質膜の内面に設けられ、
前記燃料極は、前記固体酸化物電解質膜の外面に設けられ、
前記固体酸化物電解質膜、前記酸化剤極及び前記燃料極で構成された筒状の構造体が前記燃料発生部材の内部に配置されていることを特徴とする前記1から4の何れか1項に記載の燃料電池。
実施形態1における燃料電池の構成を図1を用いて説明する。図1は、実施形態1における燃料電池1の概略構成を示す模式図である。

また、燃料発生部材104の燃料発生速度は、放出面104a上の位置に依らず、略一定になるようにする。具体的には熱化学平衡を用いる。燃料発生部材104の温度を昇降させると、平衡状態からのずれに応じた燃料を発生させることができるので、燃料発生部材104全体の温度をヒータ110を用いて均一にすることで、場所に依らず一定の速度で燃料を発生させることができる。
実施形態2における燃料電池の構成を図2を用いて説明する。図2は、実施形態2における燃料電池1の概略構成を示す模式図である。尚、本実施形態における燃料電池1を構成する各部材の材料は、実施形態1の場合と概ね同様である。

Claims (8)
- 燃料極と酸化剤極との間に固体酸化物電解質膜が狭持された燃料電池であって、
前記燃料極で発生された水との化学反応によって燃料を発生する燃料発生部材を有し、
前記燃料発生部材の前記燃料を放出する放出面と、前記燃料極の前記燃料が供給される供給面とは、互いに対向して平行に配置され、
前記放出面は、前記燃料を面状に放出することを特徴とする燃料電池。 - 前記放出面と前記供給面とは、密着して配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料電池。
- 前記放出面と前記供給面の大きさは同一であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の燃料電池。
- 前記燃料発生部材は、鉄によって構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から3の何れか1項に記載の燃料電池。
- 前記燃料発生部材の放出面とは反対側の面に接して設けられたヒータを有することを特徴とする請求項1から4の何れか1項に記載の燃料電池。
- 前記ヒータによって前記燃料発生部材の全体の温度は、均一にされることを特徴とする請求項1から5の何れか1項に記載の燃料電池。
- 前記固体酸化物電解質膜は筒状であり、
前記酸化剤極は、前記固体酸化物電解質膜の内面に設けられ、
前記燃料極は、前記固体酸化物電解質膜の外面に設けられ、
前記固体酸化物電解質膜、前記酸化剤極及び前記燃料極で構成された筒状の構造体が前記燃料発生部材の内部に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1から4の何れか1項に記載の燃料電池。 - 前記構造体が前記燃料発生部材の内部に複数配置されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の燃料電池。
