以下、網状体5の詳細を説明する。
なお、導電性織糸としては、特開平08-074125に記載の通り、導電性ポリエステル・モノフィラメントを用いる例が挙げられる。
導電性織糸が複数本(図では9本)束になっているので、そのうちの数本が切れても、全体としては電圧値の計測ができる。10本全部と接続しているので、導電性織糸の1本毎に全部計測する必要はない。
この実施形態2の振動シフタ101の構成は、概ね実施形態1の円筒型シーブと同様であるので、対応する番号を100番台として説明は援用する。環状保持具6ではなく、角形の枠状保持具106である。
Claims (4)
- 非導電性の経糸及び非導電性の緯糸を織成してなる円筒形又は平面状の網を備えるシーブにおいて、
前記網の全部又は一部の領域において、前記非導電性の経糸及び非導電性の緯糸に対し、1本以上の導電性織糸を、前記網の経糸又は緯糸のいずれか一方の方向に複数条に混織するとともに、
該複数条の隣り合う端部を導電性部材で互い違いに接続することにより折り返し状の一連の導電体を備えることを特徴とするシーブ。 - 前記円筒形の網の軸線方向の両端部に環状体又は前記平面状の網の周囲に枠状体を形成し、該環状体又は枠状体を脱着自在に保持具で保持してなり、該保持具が前記導電体の端部を保持し、前記導電性部材を絶縁部材で保護する請求項1のシーブ。
- 請求項1又は2のシーブを備えることを特徴とするシフタ。
- 請求項1又は2のシーブの前記導電体の少なくとも2個所に接続される端子を備え前記導電体の抵抗値又は電圧値を計測する抵抗計又は電圧計と、該計測された抵抗値又は電圧値が所定値以上の変化を示すことを検知する場合には、前記領域内の網に破損があると判定する判定部を備えるシーブの破れ検知装置。
