Claims (3)
- 古紙の離解、除塵、脱墨、漂白、洗浄及び脱水の各処理工程を有する古紙パルプの製造方法において、古紙パルプ完成前工程の洗浄及び脱水工程で、該洗浄及び脱水工程に供するパルプスラリーに対して、脱水前のパルプスラリーに凝結剤を直接添加すること又は/及び洗浄シャワー水を介して脱水中のパルプスラリーに凝結剤を添加することを特徴とする古紙パルプの製造方法。
- 凝結剤の添加量は、対絶乾パルプ100〜3000重量ppmであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の古紙パルプの製造方法。
- 凝結剤は、硫酸アルミニウム、ポリアクリルアミド、ポリダドマック、ポリアミン、ポリエチレンイミン、2−(メタクリロイルオキシ)エチルトリメチルアンモニウムクロリド重合物、変性ポリエチレンイミンから選択された何れか1つ若しくは複数の混合物から成ることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の古紙パルプの製造方法。
