Abstract
【解決手段】 古紙の離解、除塵、脱墨、漂白、洗浄又は/及び脱水の各処理工程を有する古紙パルプの製造方法において、古紙パルプ完成前工程の洗浄・脱水工程の脱水機7に供給される古紙パルプスラリー中、若しくはシャワー水8中に凝結剤10を添加するようにした。

Claims (4)
- 古紙の離解、除塵、脱墨、漂白、洗浄又は/及び脱水の各処理工程を有する古紙パルプの製造方法において、古紙パルプ完成前工程の洗浄又は/及び脱水工程で古紙パルプに対して凝結剤を添加することを特徴とする古紙パルプの製造方法。
- 凝結剤を脱水前のパルプスラリー中又は/及び洗浄シャワー水中に添加することを特徴する請求項1記載の古紙パルプの製造方法。
- 凝結剤の添加量は、対絶乾パルプ100〜3000重量ppmであることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の古紙パルプの製造方法。
- 凝結剤は、硫酸アルミニウム、ポリアクリルアミド、ポリダドマック、ポリアミン、ポリエチレンイミン、2−(メタクリロイルオキシ)エチルトリメチルアンモニウムクロリド重合物、変性ポリエチレンイミンから選択された何れか1つ若しくは複数の混合物から成ることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れかに記載の古紙パルプの製造方法。
