Claims (3)
- 古紙の離解、除塵、漂白、脱墨、洗浄の各処理工程を経た古紙パルプスラリーに対して、抄紙機の原料調整工程へ流送する前に、流送ポンプのサクション側にて古紙パルプスラリーに凝結剤を添加するか、または流送チェスト内の古紙パルプスラリーに凝結剤を添加することを特徴とする、含有灰分が10%以上である古紙パルプの製造方法。
- 凝結剤の添加量は、対絶乾パルプ100〜1000重量ppmであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の古紙パルプの製造方法。
- 凝結剤は、硫酸アルミニウム、ポリアクリルアミド、ポリダドマック、ポリアミン、ポリエチレンイミン、2−(メタクリロイルオキシ)エチルトリメチルアンモニウムクロリド重合物、変性ポリエチレンイミンから選択された何れか1つ若しくは複数の混合物から成ることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の古紙パルプの製造方法。
