Description
このような形式のピストンポンプは、実際に公知であり、たとえば自動車の電子的な走行安定システムにおける油圧システムの構成要素である。公知のピストンポンプは、ポンプケーシングを備えており、ポンプケーシング内で、ポンプピストンが軸方向可動にガイドされているので、ポンプピストンの運転時に、流体が、ポンプの吸込側からポンプピストンに隣接するポンプ室を介してポンプの吐出側に搬送される。この場合ケーシング内でのポンプピストンのガイドは、有利にはケーシングに圧入されたガイドリングに沿って行われる。シールするために、ポンプは、ガイドリングの領域にシールリングを備えており、シールリングは、支持リングを介してガイドリングに支持されている。
本発明によるピストンポンプは、請求項1の上位概念に記載の構成において、ポンプケーシング内でポンプピストンをガイドするための領域を備えており、この領域が、シール区分を有するガイドリングを備えており、ガイドリングが、ポンプケーシングに固定されており、その利点によれば、ケーシング内でピストンをガイドするために設けられた該当するケーシング領域に、単に単個の構成部材を組み込めばよく、これによって一方ではケーシング内でのピストンのガイドが保証され、他方ではガイド領域のシールが得られる。
本発明によるピストンポンプの実施例を図示し、以下に詳しく説明する。

- ピストンポンプであって、
ポンプケーシング(11)が設けられており、該ポンプケーシング(11)内で、ポンプピストン(12)が、軸方向可動にガイドされており、ポンプピストン(12)の運転時に、流体が、吸込側(21)からポンプピストン(12)に隣接するポンプ室(13)を介して吐出側(26)に搬送されるようになっている形式のものにおいて、
ポンプケーシング(11)内でポンプピストン(12)をガイドするための領域に、シール区分(15)とガイド領域(28)とを有するガイドリング(14)が設けられており、該ガイドリング(14)が、ポンプケーシング(11)に固定されており、ガイドリング(14)が、ばね作用を有する金属薄板から製作されており、実質的にU字形の横断面を有しているシール区分(15)が、ガイドリング(14)の、ゴム弾性材料で射出成形して包囲された領域によって形成されていて、シール区分(15)の、実質的にU字形の横断面が、ガイドリング(14)の、交互に内側および外側に配置された舌片(36,38)によって設定されており、シール区分(15)に、ガイドリング(14)がシール方向にプレロードを掛けていることを特徴とする、ピストンポンプ。 - シール区分(15)が、ポンプピストン(12)とポンプケーシング(11)とに接触している、請求項1記載のピストンポンプ。
