Description
フープ401は射出成形機414の型キャビティ内で射出樹脂と共に成形される。成型品は多数のコネクタ接点が露出し他の金属構成部品が絶縁樹脂でモールドされたコネクタ端子台404(誇張して図示してある)であり、射出成形機414で連続成形されたコネクタ端子台404は、フープ401と共に逐次巻取装置405に送り出される。
(1)フープが原因となるもの
(a) フープの蛇行、湾曲(フープに圧延ひずみやプレス時の加工ひずみがあるため)
(b) フープ上に配列された端子群をプレス加工したときのパイロット穴の寸法と移送装置送りピン寸法の寸法差
(2)移送装置が原因となるもの
(a) 金型の前後に配置する移送装置の相対的な位置関係
(b) 前後に配置した移送装置の水平移動タイミングのずれ
(c) 移送装置の移送量の絶対的な精度
この射出成形機の成形金型の対向した入口側及び出口側に各々隣接して設けられた一対のフープ移送手段を備え、
前記フープ移送手段が、前記入口側及び出口側の各々に配された搬送台と、これら搬送台の各々に設けられたフープのクランプ手段と、予め定められた複数の高さ位置に前記搬送台の各々を昇降する搬送台昇降手段と、前記搬送台の各々を同期してフープ移送方向に前後移動させる搬送台移動手段とを備え、
前記搬送台移動手段が、前記入口側と出口側との搬送台を前記移送方向の前後にスライド可能に保持する前記入口側と出口側との支持台と、前記入口側と出口側との支持台の何れか一方に載置され同一支持台上の搬送台を前後にスライドさせる駆動源と、入口側搬送台と出口側搬送台とを連結する連結子とを備えたことを特徴とするものである。

Claims (6)
- 目的とする成形品の金属構成部品を帯状薄板のキャリア上に等間隔で配列したフープを射出成形機の成形金型の入口側から出口側へ間欠的に移送し、前記金型内で金属構成品と注入樹脂とを一体的に成形するインサート成形機において、
この射出成形機の成形金型の対向した入口側及び出口側に各々隣接して設けられた一対のフープ移送手段を備え、
前記フープ移送手段が、前記入口側及び出口側の各々に配された搬送台と、これら搬送台の各々に設けられたフープのクランプ手段と、予め定められた複数の高さ位置に前記搬送台の各々を昇降する搬送台昇降手段と、前記搬送台の各々を同期してフープ移送方向に前後移動させる搬送台移動手段とを備え、
前記搬送台移動手段が、前記入口側と出口側との搬送台を前記移送方向の前後にスライド可能に保持する前記入口側と出口側との支持台と、前記入口側と出口側との支持台の何れか一方に載置され同一支持台上の搬送台を前後にスライドさせる駆動源と、入口側搬送台と出口側搬送台とを連結する連結子とを備えたことを特徴とする自動フープ供給システムを備えたインサート成形機。 - 前記連結子が前記成形金型のフープ搬送方向に沿った両側壁側に各々配されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のインサート成形機。
- 前記駆動源がリニアーサーボモータであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のインサート成形機。
- 前記搬送台昇降手段が、前記各々の支持台の直下に各々設けられた昇降台と、各々の昇降台と対向する前記支持台の各々とを連絡する昇降柱とを備えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のインサート成形機。
- 前記昇降柱が少なくとも3本で昇降台と支持台とが連結されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のインサート成形機。
- 前記昇降柱が前記成形金型の下型を保持するダイプレートに形成された貫通孔に挿通して配置されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のインサート成形機。
