Description
少なくとも一個の固定ブロックが、対応する前記電池セルの突出表面の縁部に沿って配置され、対応する電池セルと隣接する電池セルとを互いに固定しており、
少なくとも一個の空気案内ブロックが、前記電池モジュールから発生する熱を外部に排出するために、対応する前記電池セルの平坦表面の縁部の少なくとも一部に沿って配置され、
導電性接続部材および絶縁性接続部材が、対応する前記電池セルが他の電池セルと共に直列回路を形成するように、電池セルの電極端子を相互に接続しており、
複数の締め具が、前記固定ブロックおよび前記空気案内ブロックにより前記電池セル同士が相互に接触した後、前記電池セルを一体的に固定している、二次電池モジュールを提供することにより、達成される。
Claims (7)
- それぞれ突出した表面と平坦な表面とを有する、少なくとも二個の電池セルが、隣接する電池セルの突出表面どうしが対向し、隣接する電池セルの平坦面どうしが対向するように配置されてなり、
少なくとも一個の固定ブロックが、対応する前記電池セルの突出表面の縁部に沿って配置され、対応する電池セルと隣接する電池セルとを互いに固定してなり、
少なくとも一個の空気案内ブロックが、前記電池モジュールから発生する熱を外部に排出するために、対応する前記電池セルの平坦表面の縁部の少なくとも一部に沿って配置され、
導電性接続部材および絶縁性接続部材が、対応する前記電池セルが他の電池セルと共に直列回路を形成するように、電池セルの電極端子を相互に接続しており、
複数の締め具が、前記固定ブロックおよび前記空気案内ブロックにより前記電池セル同士が相互に接触した後、前記電池セルを一体的に固定してなり、
前記空気案内ブロックが、前記電池セルから発生する熱を円滑に外部に排出するための、特定の形状を有する空気通路を含んでなり、
前記空気通路が、前記隣接する電池セル間の空間を通過する空気が層流から乱流に変換されるように、部分的に狭くなっており、
前記導電性および絶縁性接続部材のそれぞれが、片側にネジ山が形成されているボスと、反対側にネジ山が形成されている穴を有する本体とを含んでなり、
上側および下側の電池セルが直列に相互接続されるように、前記導電性接続部材の前記本体の底部表面が、前記下側の電池セルの電極端子の一方と電気的に接触し、前記導電性接続部材の前記本体の上部表面が、前記上側の電池セルの前記電極端子の対応する一方と電気的に接触する、二次電池モジュール。 - 前記固定ブロックが、前記隣接する2個の電池セルの突出表面を取り囲む中空部、および隣接する2個の電池セルの縁部より大きなサイズを有する支持体を含んでなる、請求項1に記載の二次電池モジュール。
- 前記導電性接続部材の本体に、半径方向で開いた電圧測定溝が形成されている、請求項1に記載の二次電池モジュール。
- 前記対応する電池セルから発生する熱を外部に放出するための特定のパターンを有する複数の溝が、前記導電性および絶縁性接続部材の本体の外側円筒形表面に形成されている、請求項1に記載の二次電池モジュール。
- 前記導電性および絶縁性接続部材の前記本体の溝が、前記対応する導電性および絶縁性接続部材の軸と平行である、請求項4に記載の二次電池モジュール。
- 前記締め具が、ボルトおよびナットの対を含んでなる、請求項1に記載の二次電池モジュール。
- 前記締め具が、雌および雄スナップの対を含んでなり、前記雌および雄スナップの一方を前記固定ブロック上に設置する場合、前記雌および雄スナップの他方を前記空気案内ブロックに固定する、請求項1に記載の二次電池モジュール。
