Description
図1は本発明を利用した消化ガスの高度利用システムの全体図である。1は下水処理を行う消化槽であり、消化ガスが連続的に排出される。消化ガスは前記したようにメタンと炭酸ガスをほぼ6:4の比率で含有し、その他に水分、硫黄酸化物などの不純物をも含有している。消化ガスは先ず業界において周知の脱硫装置2により硫黄分を除去されたうえ、加圧装置3によって1.0〜3.5MPaに加圧される。場合によっては、消化ガスを加圧した後、脱硫装置2により硫黄分を除去してもよい。

Claims (2)
- 下水汚泥より発生するメタンを含む消化ガスを1.0〜3.5MPaに加圧したうえ、DDR型ゼオライト膜にクロスフロー方式で供給し、消化ガス中の炭酸ガスを分離除去してメタンガスを濃縮し、濃縮したメタンガスを再昇圧することなくメタン吸着貯蔵槽に投入し、メタンを吸着貯蔵させることを特徴とする下水汚泥由来のメタン濃縮方法。
- 下水汚泥より発生するメタンを含む消化ガスを1.0〜3.5MPaに加圧する加圧装置と、加圧された消化ガス中の炭酸ガスをクロスフロー方式で分離除去しメタンを濃縮するDDR型ゼオライト膜と、このDDR型ゼオライト膜により得られた高濃度メタンを再昇圧することなく吸着剤により吸着させ貯蔵するメタン吸着貯蔵槽とからなることを特徴とする下水汚泥由来のメタン貯蔵装置。
