Claims (2)
- 水素及び二酸化炭素を含有する混合ガスから二酸化炭素を分離するための二酸化炭素ガス分離装置であって、
アルカノールアミンを含有する第1の吸収液に前記混合ガスを接触させて、前記第1の吸収液に二酸化炭素を吸収させる第1吸収手段と、
二酸化炭素を吸収した前記第1の吸収液を中空糸膜の膜壁に透過させて、前記第1の吸収液から二酸化炭素を放散させる第1放散手段と、
二酸化炭素を放散した前記第1の吸収液及び前記二酸化炭素の混合物から前記二酸化炭素を分別する分別手段と、
前記混合ガスのうち、前記第1の吸収液に吸収されなかったガスを、アルカノールアミンを含有する第2の吸収液に接触させて、前記第2の吸収液に二酸化炭素を吸収させる第2吸収手段と、
二酸化炭素を吸収した前記第2の吸収液を加熱して、前記第2の吸収液から二酸化炭素を放散させる第2放散手段と、
を備え、
前記第1放散手段における前記中空糸膜の下流側から前記分別手段までの系内圧力が大気圧未満である二酸化炭素ガス分離装置。 - 水素及び二酸化炭素を含有する混合ガスから二酸化炭素を分離するための二酸化炭素ガス分離方法であって、
アルカノールアミンを含有する第1の吸収液に前記混合ガスを接触させて、前記第1の吸収液に二酸化炭素を吸収させる第1吸収工程と、
二酸化炭素を吸収した前記第1の吸収液を、下流側の系内圧力が大気圧未満に調整されている中空糸膜の膜壁に透過させて、前記第1の吸収液から二酸化炭素を放散させる第1放散工程と、
大気圧未満の圧力下、二酸化炭素を放散した前記第1の吸収液及び前記二酸化炭素の混合物から前記二酸化炭素を分別する分別工程と、
前記混合ガスのうち、前記第1の吸収液に吸収されなかったガスを、アルカノールアミンを含有する第2の吸収液に接触させて、前記第2の吸収液に二酸化炭素を吸収させる第2吸収工程と、
二酸化炭素を吸収した前記第2の吸収液を加熱して、前記第2の吸収液から二酸化炭素を放散させる第2放散工程と、
を有する二酸化炭素ガス分離方法。
