Claims (7)

リーンソルベントの第2の部分(6)を供給気体(5)に接触させると共に、リーンソルベントの第1の部分(14)を第1の吸収装置(103)の生成物気体(12)に接触させ、生成物気体(12)とリーンソルベントの第1の部分(14)とが混合した流れを気液分離して得られた液体(17)である二酸化炭素飽和リーンソルベントを分割して、二酸化炭素飽和リーンソルベントの第1の部分(11)及び二酸化炭素飽和リーンソルベントの第2の部分(25)を形成するステップと、
硫化水素リッチ底部生成物(23)及び二酸化炭素含有気体(44)を生成するために、第1の底部生成物(13)から得られる蒸気の部分(24)及び二酸化炭素飽和リーンソルベントの第2の部分(25)を第2の吸収装置(110)に供給するステップと、
硫化水素含有気体(29)及びリーンソルベント(28)を生成するために、第1の吸収装置(103)からの第2の底部生成物(10)及び第2の吸収装置(110)からの硫化水素リッチ底部生成物(23)を、再生装置(113)に供給するステップとを備えている、前記方法。 - 第1の底部生成物(13)が、リーンソルベント(28)からの熱含有量を使用する熱交換器で減圧及び加熱される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 減圧された第1の底部生成物(19)が、摂氏116度から摂氏135度(華氏240度から華氏275度)の間の温度に加熱される、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 再生装置(113)からの硫化水素含有気体(29)が、硫黄生成物(37)及び排ガスを生成する硫黄設備(122)に供給される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 排ガスが再循環気体(39)を生成するように水素化され、又、再循環気体(39)が供給気体(5)と混合される、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 再生装置(113)からの硫化水素含有気体(29)が冷却され、冷却された硫化水素含有気体(30)から蒸気流(32)及び炭化水素流(35)が分離される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 蒸気流(32)が、吸収装置(118)においてストリッピング気体として使用される、請求項6に記載の方法。
