Claims (4)
- 回転軸に複数枚の遠心羽根車が取り付けられ、前段の羽根車で昇圧された流体を後段の羽根車に導く複数枚の羽根を有するディフューザと戻り流路手段とを備えた遠心形ターボ機械において、
前記戻り流路手段は、前段羽根車の背面側に配置した側板と、この側板に対向し後段羽根車の前面側に配置したプレートと、側板とプレート間であって周方向に間隔を置いて配置した複数の水返し羽根とを有し、前記側板は、隣り合う前記ディフューザ羽根間で周方向にその外径が変化しているとともにディフューザ羽根の凹面側で大きくディフューザ羽根の凸面側で小さくなっており、
前記戻り流路手段の複数枚の水返し羽根の最大径は前記側板の最小径以下であり、
前記側板の外径側であって前記ディフューザの外径位置まで環状にUターン流路を形成し、この環状のUターン流路の内側に半開部流路を形成し、この半開部流路の内径側は前記側板の最大外径部よりも内側であり、さらに前記半開部流路の内径側の周方向位置は、ディフューザ羽根の凹面から始まり対向するディフューザ羽根の凸面に達する点を経由してこの対向するディフューザ羽根の凸面に沿う前記側板の最大径部までであり、前記対向するディフューザ羽根の凸面に達する点は、前記側板の最小径部としたことを特徴とする遠心形ターボ機械。 - 前記側板の外径部は、この遠心形ターボ機械の横断面において、前記戻り流路の水返し羽根の凸面側に滑らかに接続することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の遠心形ターボ機械。
- 前記ディフューザの羽根枚数を、前記戻り流路手段の水返し羽根枚数以下としたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の遠心形ターボ機械。
- 前記羽根車は流れを吸い込む側に配置した羽根車側板と次段側に配置した心板とを有し、前記ディフューザの羽根の外径は、前記心板側で小さく前記羽根車側板側で大きいことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の遠心形夕一ボ機械。
