Description
この発明の実施の形態1に係るアイドリングストップ再始動制御システムについて図1から図7までを参照しながら説明する。図1は、この発明の実施の形態1に係るアイドリングストップ再始動制御システムの構成を示す図である。
Claims (4)
- 電機子巻線及び界磁巻線を含む回転子から構成され、エンジンの始動後は発電機として動作するとともに、アイドリングストップ後のエンジンの再始動時には始動用電動機としても動作するセンサレス同期発電電動機と、
前記電機子巻線から出力される誘起信号を検出する誘起信号検出回路と、
前記界磁巻線への通電を制御する界磁駆動回路と、
エンジンストップ指令を入力した場合で、前記誘起信号検出回路により検出された誘起信号のレベルが所定値以下のときには、前記誘起信号を増幅するために前記界磁巻線を通電制御する駆動信号を前記界磁駆動回路に出力するとともに、前記誘起信号検出回路により検出された誘起信号に基づいて前記回転子の回転数及び角度位置を計算し、
再始動指令を入力した場合には、計算した前記回転子の回転数及び角度位置に基づき、エンジンを再始動するために前記電機子巻線を通電制御する駆動信号を出力する再始動制御回路と
を備えたことを特徴とするアイドリングストップ再始動制御システム。 - アイドリングストップ中にエンジンストップの判定条件を満たしている場合は、前記エンジンストップ指令を出力し、再始動の判定条件を満たしている場合は、前記再始動指令を出力するアイドリング制御回路をさらに備えた
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載のアイドリングストップ再始動制御システム。 - 前記再始動制御回路は、
計算した前記回転子の回転数が、誘起信号が検出できる限界回転数に到達したときには、所定の経過時間における前記回転子の角度位置と回転数の関係から、前記回転子の停止角度位置を計算し、
前記限界回転数に到達後又は完全停止後に、前記再始動指令を入力した場合には、計算した前記回転子の停止角度位置に基づき、エンジンを再始動するために前記電機子巻線を通電制御する駆動信号を出力する
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載のアイドリングストップ再始動制御システム。 - ブレーキ操作を検出するブレーキスイッチと、
車両の速度を検出する車速センサと、
シフトレバーの位置を検出するシフトポジションセンサとをさらに備え、
前記アイドリング制御回路は、
前記ブレーキスイッチによりブレーキ操作が検出され、前記車速センサにより検出された車両の速度が零で、かつ、前記シフトポジションセンサにより検出されたシフトレバーの位置が、車両が停止続ける所定のレンジの場合に、前記エンジンストップの判定条件を満たしていると判断し、
前記エンジンストップの判定条件のうち1つでも満たしていない場合には、前記再始動の判定条件を満たしていると判断する
ことを特徴とする請求項2記載のアイドリングストップ再始動制御システム。
