Description
本明細書で有用な好適なアニオン性界面活性剤は、液体洗剤製品で典型的に使用されるいかなる種類の従来のアニオン性界面活性剤をも含むことができる。これらにはアルコキシル化または非アルコキシル化アルキルサルフェート物質に加えてアルキルベンゼンスルホン酸およびそれらの塩が挙げられる。
本明細書で有用な好適な非イオン性界面活性剤は、液体洗剤製品で典型的に使用される従来の種類のいかなる非イオン性界面活性剤をも含むことができる。これらにはアルコキシル化脂肪族アルコールおよびアミンオキシド界面活性剤が挙げられる。本明細書の液体洗剤製品に用いるのに好適なものは、通常液体である非イオン性界面活性剤である。
本明細書の洗濯用洗剤組成物において、洗浄性界面活性剤成分はアニオン性および非イオン性物質の組合せを含んでよい。この場合、アニオン性と非イオン性の重量比は典型的に10対90から90対10の範囲であり、より典型的には30対70から70対30の範囲である。

双極性界面活性剤の非限定的な例としては、二級および三級アミン類の誘導体、複素環式二級および三級アミン類の誘導体、あるいは四級アンモニウム化合物や四級ホスホニウム化合物または三級スルホニウム化合物の誘導体が挙げられる。双極性界面活性剤の例については、米国特許第3,929,678号(ラフリン(Laughlin)ら、1975年12月30日発行)、19段38行〜22段48行を参照のこと;アルキルジメチルベタインおよびココジメチルアミドプロピルベタイン、C8〜C18(好ましくはC12〜C18)アミンオキシド並びにスルホおよびヒドロキシベタインを含めたベタイン、例えば、アルキル基がC8〜C18、好ましくはC10〜C14であることができるN−アルキル−N,N−ジメチルアミノ−1−プロパンスルホネートが挙げられる。
両性界面活性剤の非限定的な例としては、二級または三級アミン類の脂肪族誘導体、あるいは複素環式二級および三級アミン類の脂肪族誘導体が挙げられ、ここで、脂肪族基は、直鎖であっても分枝鎖であってもよい。脂肪族置換基のうち一つは、少なくとも約8個の炭素原子、通常は約8〜約18個の炭素原子を含有し、そして少なくとも一つが、アニオン性水溶性基、例えば、カルボキシ、スルホネート、サルフェートを含有する。両性界面活性剤の例については、米国特許第3,929,678号(ラフリン(Laughlin)ら、1975年12月30日発行)の19段18行〜35行を参照のこと。
本洗剤組成物に包含される色相染料は少なくとも10の色相効率と約30%〜約80%の範囲の洗浄除去値とを示す。そのような染料は、洗濯洗浄サイクル中好ましい着色効率を示し、洗濯後過度の望ましくない蓄積を示さないことがわかった。染料の色相効率は染料を包含しない溶液中で洗浄された布地サンプルを染料を包含する溶液中で洗浄された布地サンプルと比較することにより測定され、色相染料が望ましい着色を付与するのに有効な場合、例えば白くなることを示す。具体的に言うと、25cm×25cmの布地片が使用され、その例には453.6g(16オンス)綿両面メリヤス生地(270g/平方メートル、ユビテックス(Uvitex)BNB蛍光増白剤で漂白、ペンシルバニア州、ウエストン、18643、私書箱26のテストファブリック(Test Fabrics)から取得)が含まれてよい。白い綿材料が使用されるのが好ましいが、他の布地サンプルが使用されてよい。サンプルは表1に示されるようなAATCC標準重質液(HDL)試験用洗剤1.55gを包含する1リットルの蒸留水中で45分間室温で洗浄され、リンスされる。各サンプルは染料を包含しない(コントロール)洗剤および30ppm洗浄濃度の染料を包含する洗剤を使用して調整され、テストされる。各布地サンプルをリンス・乾燥後、洗濯物の色相効率、DE*eff、が以下の式により評価される。
DE*eff=((L*c−L*s)2+(a*c−a*s)2+(b*c−b*s)2)1/2
(式中、添字cおよびsは各々、コントロール、すなわち染料のない洗剤中で洗浄された布地サンプル、および染料を包含する洗剤中で洗浄された布地サンプルについて測定されたL*,a*およびb*値を参照し、審査される)。L*,a*およびb*値の測定は、D65照度、10度観測器および遮断UVフィルターを有するハンターカラークエスト(Hunter Colorquest)反射分光光度計を使用し行われる。本洗剤組成物用に好適な色相染料は少なくとも10の色相効率を示す。より具体的な実施形態において、色相染料は少なくとも15の色相効率を示す。
DE*res=((L*c−L*s)2+(a*c−a*s)2+(b*c−b*s)2)1/2(式中、添字cおよびsは各々、コントロール、すなわち最初に染料のない洗剤中で洗浄された布地サンプル、および染料を包含する洗剤中で最初に洗浄された布地サンプルについて測定されたL*,a*およびb*値を参照し、審査される)で与えられるDE*resを測定することにより評価される。

5ポリビニルアルコールフィルム中で単位容量に別けられた投与量としてパッケージされたコンパクト処方
下記の粒状洗剤処方は本発明の範囲内にある。
20.5%繊維、99.5%ポリエチレングリコール4000を包含する粒子として処方された
この例は染料の色相効率および洗浄除去値を決定する手順を実証する。
Claims (9)
- (a)界面活性剤と、(b)色相染料とを含む洗濯用洗剤組成物であって、
前記色相染料が少なくとも10の色相効率、および30%〜80%の範囲の洗浄除去値を示し、
前記色相染料が、アントラキノン染料塩基性ブルー21、塩基性ブルー22、塩基性ブルー35、塩基性ブルー47、塩基性ブルー80;アゾ染料塩基性ブルー16、塩基性ブルー65、塩基性ブルー66、塩基性ブルー67、塩基性ブルー71、塩基性ブルー159、塩基性バイオレット19、塩基性バイオレット35、塩基性バイオレット38、塩基性バイオレット48;オキサジン染料塩基性ブルー3、塩基性ブルー75、塩基性ブルー95、塩基性ブルー122、塩基性ブルー124、塩基性ブルー141、またはナイルブルー;あるいはそれらの混合物である、洗濯用洗剤組成物。 - (a)5重量%〜90重量%の前記界面活性剤と、(b)0.0001重量%〜0.05重量%の前記色相染料とを含む、請求項1に記載の洗濯用洗剤組成物。
- 前記組成物が液体の形態である、請求項1に記載の洗濯用洗剤組成物。
- 前記組成物が固体の形態である、請求項1に記載の洗濯用洗剤組成物。
- 非着色性染料を更に含む、請求項1に記載の洗濯用洗剤組成物。
- 前記界面活性剤がアニオン性界面活性剤と非イオン性界面活性剤とを含む、請求項1に記載の洗濯用洗剤組成物。
- 前記色相染料を液体成分と組合わせて色相染料プレミックスを形成し、前記色相染料プレミックスを、前記洗濯用洗剤組成物成分残部のかなりの部分を包含する組成物処方物に添加することを含んでなる、請求項3に記載の液体洗濯用洗剤組成物を調製する方法。
- 前記色相染料を粒子状形態で付与し、前記色相染料粒子を前記洗濯用洗剤組成物成分残部を包含する第二の粒子と組合わせることを含んでなる、請求項4に記載の固体洗濯用洗剤組成物を調製する方法。
- 全てではない追加の前記洗濯用洗剤組成物の成分を前記色相染料粒子に含ませることをさらに含む、請求項8に記載の固形洗濯用洗剤組成物を調製する方法。
