Claims (4)
- 回転体の回転軸に平行なバイナリ光学格子が、前記回転体の回転軸に平行な外側表面に円弧状に配置された円弧スケールを備えた光電式ロータリエンコーダであって、
前記円弧スケールの半径に対応して集光点が受光光学系の光軸方向にずれる球面収差を有する集光レンズを備えた集光光源から前記光学格子に光を斜めに入射して、受光光学系の検出範囲全体に平行な光を得るとともに、
前記光学格子を、ピンホールの物体側にレンズを備えた物体側テレセントリック光学系と受光素子の組合せを有する受光光学系で検出するようにしたことを特徴とする光電式ロータリエンコーダ。 - 前記テレセントリック光学系が、ピンホールの物体側と受光素子側の両方にレンズを備えた両側テレセントリック光学系であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光電式ロータリエンコーダ。
- 前記光学格子に、ハーフミラーを通して、光源からの光を入射するようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の光電式ロータリエンコーダ。
- 前記回転体外側表面の物体面、前記テレセントリック光学系の中心、前記受光素子の受光面が一点で交わるシャインプルーフの関係を満足するように配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の光電式ロータリエンコーダ。
