Claims (4)
- 光源からの光をメインスケールに照射し、少なくともメインスケール上の格子によって生じた明暗の縞を、前記メインスケールと相対移動する、インデックス格子と受光素子を組み合わせた受光素子アレイによって検出するようにされた光電式エンコーダにおいて、
前記メインスケールと受光素子アレイの間にレンズアレイとアパーチャアレイを挿入すると共に、該レンズアレイの各レンズの受光素子アレイ側焦点位置にアパーチャアレイを配置し、前記レンズアレイとメインスケール及び受光素子アレイ間の距離を調整することにより、倍率設定を行なうことを特徴とする光電式エンコーダ。 - 前記レンズアレイの隣接するレンズ間に仕切り板が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光電式エンコーダ。
- 前記メインスケールが反射型であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の光電式エンコーダ。
- 前記光源として拡散光源を使用し、前記レンズアレイの各レンズがコリメートレンズも兼ねることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の光電式エンコーダ。
