Claims (2)
- 液晶パネルをバックライト装置で背面側から照明して液晶パネルを検査する液晶パネル検査装置において,
前記バックライト装置は,個別に着脱可能な複数の発光ダイオード基板を備えていて,前記複数の発光ダイオード基板は,それぞれ,複数の発光ダイオードを含んでおり,
前記バックライト装置に含まれるすべての発光ダイオードは,その発光面の法線が同一の照明方向を向いていて,
任意の前記発光ダイオード基板に含まれる前記発光ダイオードと,前記任意の発光ダイオード基板の隣に位置する別の発光ダイオード基板に含まれる前記発光ダイオードとの間に,反射部材が配置されていて,
前記反射部材は,前記発光ダイオードの前記発光面から射出された光のうち,前記照明方向に対して第1の角度で射出されて前記反射部材に到達する光を,前記照明方向に対して前記第1の角度よりも小さい第2の角度になるように反射させるものであって,その長手方向に垂直な断面形状が逆U字形をしていて,逆U字形の曲面部分が反射面となっていることを特徴とする液晶パネル検査装置。 - 請求項1に記載の液晶パネル検査装置において,前記バックライト装置は,前記発光ダイオードの輝度を調節する電気回路と,前記電気回路に対する輝度指令信号を外部から受ける外部リモート端子とを備えていることを特徴とする液晶パネル検査装置。
