Claims (5)
- 冷媒を圧縮するロータリ式の低圧側圧縮部と、該低圧側圧縮部の圧縮工程に対して逆位相で冷媒を圧縮するロータリ式の高圧側圧縮部と、前記低圧側圧縮部の冷媒吐出口と前記高圧側圧縮部の冷媒吸引口に連通された中間容器とを備えたロータリ圧縮機において、
前記中間容器は、内部空間が2つの空間に仕切部材で区画され、一方の空間に前記低圧側圧縮部の冷媒吐出口と前記高圧側圧縮部の冷媒吸引口とを連通し、前記仕切部材に前記2つの空間を連結する冷媒流路を形成したことを特徴とするロータリ圧縮機。 - 前記中間容器は、円板形の端板部と、該端板部の周縁部から軸方向に起立して前記内部空間の周方向を区画する外壁部と、前記端板部の中央に軸方向に起立された筒形の副軸受と、前記端板部に対面して前記外壁部の先端側開口を閉塞する閉塞板を有してなり、前記仕切部材は、前記副軸受から前記外壁部に架けて前記端板部の板面に立設された梁であるものとし、該梁は、前記端板部からの軸方向寸法が前記外壁部よりも小さく形成され、前記閉塞板との間で前記冷媒流路を形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のロータリ圧縮機。
- 前記副軸受は、前記端板部側の外径が前記閉塞板側の外径よりも拡径して形成され、前記仕切部材は、前記端板部からの軸方向寸法が前記拡径により形成された部分よりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のロータリ圧縮機。
- 前記仕切部材は、前記端板部の板面と平行な平行部と、該平行部の内周縁から軸方向に向かうにつれて前記副軸受側に傾斜した内周側テーパ部と、前記平行部の外周縁から軸方向に向かうにつれて前記外壁部側に傾斜した外周側テーパ部が先端側に形成されてなり、前記冷媒流路は、前記平行部と前記内周側テーパ部と前記外周側テーパ部と前記閉塞板で区画された断面台形の開口であることを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載のロータリ圧縮機。
- 前記中間容器は、前記副軸受から前記外壁部に架けて前記端板部の板面に立設された補強用梁が前記仕切部材で区画された他方の空間に設けられてなり、前記補強用梁は、前記端板部からの軸方向寸法が前記仕切部材よりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項2乃至4のいずれかに記載のロータリ圧縮機。
