Claims (13)
- ドラムを支持するハウジングと、
先端部が前記ドラムに連結され、中間部分がハウジングに回転可能に支持される回転軸と;
内側端部がブッシングを介して前記回転軸と連結され、他側の第1折り曲げ部が直角に折り曲げられカップ形状をなす第1ヨークフレームと、前記第1ヨークフレームと一体に組み合わせられるとともに内側端部がブッシングと連結され、他端の第2折り曲げ部が前記第1ヨークフレームの第1折り曲げ部と一定な距離を保持するように直角に折り曲げられた第2ヨークフレームを備え、前記第1折り曲げ部の外側面と第2折り曲げ部の内側面にそれぞれ複数のN極およびS極磁石が交互に配置され、互いに対向する磁石が反対極性を有するように配置される内部および外部ローターとからなるダブルローターと;
前記内部および外部ローターの間に互いに同一な空隙を有して設置され、それぞれ分割型ステーターコアが内蔵されたボビンにコイルが巻線された複数のステーターコア組立体を自動位置設定/支持手段によって円環状のコア支持板に一定な間隔で自動に位置設定して仮組立てた状態で仮組立てられた複数のステーターコア組立体を熱硬化性樹脂を使用したインサートモールディングによってステーター支持体を一体に形成し、前記ステーター支持体の中心方向に延長された延長部を介して洗濯機のハウジングに固定される一体形ステーターとから構成され、
前記内部および外部ローターの互いに反対極性に配置された磁石等と、前記内部ローターと外部ローターの間に位置された分割型スターターコア等を介して磁気回路が形成されることを特徴とする洗濯機用駆動装置。 - ドラムを支持するハウジングと、
先端部が前記ドラムに連結され、中間部分がハウジングに回転可能に支持される回転軸と;
円筒形になされた内部ヨークと、前記内部ヨークの外周面に円環状に交互に配置された複数の第1N極およびS極磁石からなる内部ロ−ターと、前記内部ヨークと一定な距離を維持するように内部ヨークの径より相対的にもっと大きい径を有する外部ヨークと、前記外部ヨークの内周面に円環状に交互に配置され、複数の第1N極およびS極磁石と互いに対向する磁石が反対極性を有するように配置された複数の第2N極およびS極磁石からなる外部ローターと、前記内部および外部ローターの対向する磁石面を除き、それぞれ円環状に一体化すると共に内部および外部ロ−ターの間に空間を形成しながら、内側端部がブッシングを介して前記回転軸と連結されるように熱硬化性樹脂でモールディングされたローター支持体とを備えるダブルローターと;
前記内部および外部ローターの間に互いに同一な空隙を有して設置され、それぞれ分割型ステーターコアが内蔵されたボビンにコイルが巻線された複数のステーターコア組立体を自動位置設定/支持手段によって円環状のコア支持板に一定な間隔で自動に位置設定して仮組立てた状態で仮組立てられた複数のステーターコア組立体を熱硬化性樹脂を使用したインサートモールディングによってステーター支持体を一体に形成し、前記ステーター支持体の中心方向に延長された延長部を介して洗濯機のハウジングに固定される一体形ステーターとから構成され、
前記内部および外部ローターの互いに反対極性に配置された磁石等と、前記内部ローターと外部ローターの間に位置された分割型スターターコア等を介して磁気回路が形成されることを特徴とする洗濯機用駆動装置。 - 前記自動位置設定/支持手段は、
前記コア支持板のそれぞれ内側端および外側端に垂直延長され、その内部に複数のステーターコア組立体の下部を収容して支持するための内部および外部ガイドフランジと、
それぞれ前記内部および外部ガイドフランジの上端に互いに対向して同一な間隔で延長形成され、前記複数のステーターコア組立体をコア支持板に組立てるとき、隣接のステーターコア組立体の間に配置され、ステーターコア組立体が円周方向に移動することを制限するための複数の第1結合突起と、
それぞれ前記内部および外部ガイドフランジの上端に互いに対向して同一な間隔で前記複数の第1結合突起の間に延長形成され、前記複数のステーターコア組立体をコア支持板に組立てるとき、前記ステーターコアの内/外側面に垂直方向に形成された第1および第2結合溝に結合させ、ステーターコア組立体が軸方向の前/後に移動することを制限するための複数の第2結合突起とから構成され、
前記複数のステーターコア組立体を複数の第1および第2結合突起に結合するとき、一定な間隔で自動に位置設定させることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の洗濯機用駆動装置。 - 前記自動位置設定/支持手段は、
それぞれ前記コア支持板の内側端に同一な間隔で垂直に延長形成され、前記複数のステーターコア組立体をコア支持板に組立てるとき、隣接のステーターコア組立体の内側端の間に配置され、ステーターコア組立体が円周方向に移動することを制限するための複数の第1結合突起と、
それぞれ前記コア支持板の外側端に複数の第1結合突起と対向する位置に同一な間隔で垂直に延長形成され、前記複数のステーターコア組立体をコア支持板に組立てるとき、隣接のステーターコア組立体の外側端の間に配置され、ステーターコア組立体が円周方向および軸方向の前/後に移動することを制限するための複数の第2結合突起とから構成され、
前記複数のステーターコア組立体を複数の第1および第2結合突起に結合するとき、一定な間隔で自動に位置設定させることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の洗濯機用駆動装置。 - 前記自動位置設定/支持手段は、
前記複数の絶縁性ボビンの内部および外部フランジの下部にそれぞれ延長形成された複数の第1および第2結合突起と、
前記コア支持板の底に第1および第2結合突起が結合されるように内側端および外側端に沿って同一円周上に一定な間隔で対向して形成された複数の第1よび第2結合孔とから構成され、
前記複数の絶縁性ボビンそれぞれの第1および第2結合突起を複数の第1および第2結合孔に結合するとき、複数のステーターコア組立体は一定な間隔で自動に位置設定されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の洗濯機用駆動装置。 - 前記コア支持板は、
前記複数のコイルを各相別に相互結線するためにコア支持板の下部面に印刷された複数の導電性ラインと、
前記複数の導電性ラインのそれぞれの両端部にコア支持板を貫通するように形成され、複数のステーターコア組立体から下部面に複数のコイル両端を引き出すための複数の結合孔をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の洗濯機用駆動装置。 - 前記複数の絶縁性ボビンの内部および/あるいは外部フランジの角に一体に挿入され、前記コイルの一端が電気的に連結された少なくとも一つの連結ピンをさらに含み、
前記複数のステーターコア組立体の連結ピンをコア支持板の結合孔に組立てた後、連結ピンの他端を複数の導電性ラインと電気的に連結することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の洗濯機用駆動装置。 - 前記ステーターの先端部と対向する第1ヨークフレームには、内部および外部ロ−ターの間に挿入されるステーターのコイルを冷却させるための複数の冷却孔が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の洗濯機用駆動装置。
- 前記内部ローターと外部ローターの間を連結するローター支持体にはこれらの間に挿入されるステーターのコイルを冷却させるための複数の冷却孔が形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の洗濯機用駆動装置。
- 前記ローターの回転時にステーターに対する空冷のために外部ローターの下端面には複数の冷却用フアンブレードが一体に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の洗濯機用駆動装置。
- 前記内部ローターとブッシングの間には複数のリブを通じて結合されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の洗濯機用駆動装置。
- 前記分割型ステーターコアは「I」形状からなることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の洗濯機用駆動装置。
- 前記内部ローターの内側下端と対向するようにステーター支持体の延長部に設置され、ローターの位置を検出するための位置信号を発生するホール(Hall)センサーを含むことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の洗濯機用駆動装置。
