Description
Claims (6)
- 全内容積を定める非球形のタンクと、実質的に平面的で実質的に水平な上方面を提示するデッキとを含む船であって、前記タンクは、少なくとも3つの上向きに収束する壁を含み、それらの間に前記全内容積の少なくとも約10%を定め、前記デッキの前記上方面は、前記収束する壁の下方縁部の上で前記タンクの前記収束する壁と交差する実質的に水平な平面を定め、前記収束する壁は、一対の対向し横方向に離間した収束する側壁を含み、該側壁のそれぞれは、水平から約30度〜約60度の範囲の角度で上向きに延び、前記少なくとも3つの上向きに収束する壁は、それらの間に、前記全内容積の上方部分を定め、前記少なくとも3つの上向きに収束する壁の2つは、当該船の船体と接触し、且つ、当該船の船体によって横方向に支持される、船。

- 液体を輸送するためのタンカー船であって、前記液体を収容し且つ保持するための内容積を内部に定めるタンクと、実質的に平面的で実質的に水平な上方面を提示するデッキとを含み、前記内容積は、一対の横方向に離間した上向きに収束する側面を提示し、該側面のそれぞれは、上方縁部と、下方縁部とを提示し、前記内容積は、前記上方縁部の間に延びる頂面を含み、前記上方縁部及び前記下方縁部は、前記下方縁部の間の最大横方向距離の少なくとも20%である最小垂直距離だけ互いに垂直に離間し、前記内容積は、前記側面と上向きに収束する第三の面を含み、前記デッキの前記上方面は、前記側面の前記下方縁部の上で前記側面と交差する実質的に水平な平面を定め、前記収束する側面及び前記第三の面は、それらの間に、前記内容積の上方部分を定め、前記側面は、当該タンカー船の船体と接触し、且つ、当該タンカー船の船体によって横方向に支持される、タンカー船。
- LNGを輸送するためのタンカー船であって、複数の個々のタンクと、露出された実質的に水平な上方面を提示する構造デッキとを含み、前記タンクのそれぞれは、大量のLNGを収容し且つ保持するための全内容積をその内部に定め、前記タンクのそれぞれは、前記全内容積の上方部をそれらの間に定める少なくとも3つの収束する壁を含み、前記上方部は、前記収束する側壁によって定められる少なくとも3つの実質的に平面的な面を提示し、前記全内容積の前記上方部は、前記全内容積の約20〜約40%の範囲内にある容積を有し、前記全内容積の前記上方部の少なくとも一部は、前記デッキより上に延び、前記デッキの前記上方面は、前記側面の前記下方縁部の上で前記タンクの前記収束する壁と交差する実質的に水平な平面を定め、前記少なくとも3つの収束する側壁の2つは、当該タンカー船の船体と接触し、且つ、当該タンカー船の船体によって横方向に支持される、タンカー船。
- 全内容積を定める非球形のタンクと、

前記タンクは、少なくとも3つの上向きに収束する壁を含み、それぞれ下方縁部と上方縁部とを含み、

前記上向きに収束する側壁と上向きに収束する第三の壁と、

前記一対の横方向に離間した上向きに収束する側壁と前記第三の上向きに収束する壁とは、それぞれ下方縁部を含み、
前記デッキの前記上方面は、前記収束する壁の前記下方縁部の上で前記タンクの前記収束する壁と交差する実質的に水平な平面を定め、
前記タンクは、当該タンカー船の船体と接触して横方向に支持される一対の下方側壁を含み、
前記一対の上向きに収束する側面及び前記第三の壁は、それらの間に、全内容積の上方部分を定める、
タンカー船。
