Claims (7)
- 複数の電極体が電解質を介して積層された蓄電装置の製造方法であって、
積層方向視で略回転対称の外形を有し、この一部の領域において前記蓄電装置の外方向に向かって突出する端子部を備えた前記電極体を形成する第1工程と、
該第1工程で得られた複数の電極体を、これらの端子部が積層方向視で互いに重ならないように積層面内での角度を異ならせながら、前記電解質を介して積層する第2工程とを有することを特徴とする蓄電装置の製造方法。 - 前記第2工程において、前記複数の端子部が積層方向の一端側から他端側に向かって前記蓄電装置の外周における一方向に沿って配置されるように、前記複数の電極体を積層することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蓄電装置の製造方法。
- 前記第2工程において、前記複数の端子部が積層方向視において略等間隔に配置されるように、前記複数の電極体を積層することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の蓄電装置の製造方法。
- 前記電極体は、積層方向視で略円形又は略正多角形の外形を有することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1つに記載の蓄電装置の製造方法。
- 前記電極体は、前記端子部を含む集電体と、該集電体の互いに向かい合う面にそれぞれ形成された正極層及び負極層とを有することを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1つに記載の蓄電装置の製造方法。
- 前記複数の電極体のうち積層方向の両端に位置する前記電極体の端子部は、前記蓄電装置の充放電に用いられる端子部であることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1つに記載の蓄電装置の製造方法。
- 前記複数の電極体のうち積層方向の両端外に位置する前記電極体の端子部は、積層方向において隣り合う前記電極体間の電圧を検出するために用いられる端子部であることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1つに記載の蓄電装置の製造方法。
