Claims (2)
- R−32系冷媒を用いるクロスフィンチューブ式熱交換器にして、積層フィンに挿通された伝熱管同士を、それらの開口部内にUベント管の両端部をそれぞれ嵌入せしめて、ろう付け固定することにより、接続せしめるようにした構造のものにおいて、
該伝熱管として、管内面に、管軸に対するリード角が10°〜50°となる50〜130条/管周の溝が管軸方向に連続して形成される一方、管軸に対して垂直な断面における溝1個あたりの断面積が0.009mm2 以上0.022mm2 以下であると共に、溝深さが0.11mm以上0.20mm以下であり、且つかかる溝深さ(mm)と該溝間に形成される内面フィンのフィン頂角(°)との積が、1.2以上2.9以下であるように構成した内面溝付管を用いたことを特徴とするクロスフィンチューブ式熱交換器。 - 前記溝深さ(y)と前記溝条数(x)とが、下式:
y≦−0.0026x+0.424
を満足するように構成されている請求項1に記載のクロスフィンチューブ式熱交換器。
