Claims (1)
- 入力光信号を電流に変換する受光素子と、
前記電流を電圧信号に変換し出力する増幅回路と、
前記増幅回路の出力信号に基づいて前記入力光信号のレベルの低下を検出する異常検出回路とを備え、
前記異常検出回路は、
前記増幅回路の出力信号の極小値を保持するボトムホールド回路と、
前記ボトムホールド回路の出力と第1の基準電圧とを比較することによって、前記ボトムホールド回路の出力信号が前記第1の基準電圧より大きい場合に第1のアラーム信号をセットして出力する第1の比較回路と、
前記増幅回路の出力信号の極大値を保持するピークホールド回路と、
前記ピークホールド回路の出力と該第1の基準電圧より大きい第2の基準電圧とを比較することによって、前記ピークホールド回路の出力信号が前記第2の基準電圧より小さい場合に第2のアラーム信号をセットして出力する第2の比較回路と、
前記第1及び第2の比較回路の出力に接続され、前記第1及び第2のアラーム信号を選択して出力アラーム信号として出力するセレクタとを有し、
前記セレクタは、該セレクタの出力がセットされている時は該第1のアラーム信号を、該出力がリセットされている時は該第2のアラーム信号を選択する、
ことを特徴とする光受信器。
