Abstract
【解決手段】 この光受信器1は、入力光信号Oinを電流に変換する受光素子2と、この電流を電圧信号に変換し出力するプリアンプ3と、プリアンプ3からの出力信号に基づいて入力光信号Oinのレベルの低下を検出するLOS検出回路6とを備え、LOS検出回路6は、プリアンプ3の出力信号の極小値を保持するボトムホールド回路11aと、ボトムホールド回路11aの出力信号VBが閾値電圧Vth(−)より大きい場合に出力Waをセットする比較器12aとを有する。

Claims (3)
- 入力光信号を電流に変換する受光素子と、
前記電流を電圧信号に変換し出力する増幅回路と、
前記増幅回路の出力信号に基づいて前記入力光信号のレベルの低下を検出する異常検出回路とを備え、
前記異常検出回路は、
前記増幅回路の出力信号の極小値を保持するボトムホールド回路と、
前記ボトムホールド回路の出力と第1の基準電圧とを比較することによって、前記ボトムホールド回路の出力信号が前記第1の基準電圧より大きい場合に第1のアラーム信号を出力する第1の比較回路とを有する、
ことを特徴とする光受信器。 - 前記異常検出回路は、
前記増幅回路の出力信号の極大値を保持するピークホールド回路と、
前記ピークホールド回路の出力と第2の基準電圧とを比較することによって、前記ピークホールド回路の出力信号が前記第2の基準電圧より小さい場合に第2のアラーム信号を出力する第2の比較回路とを更に有する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の光受信器。 - 前記異常検出回路は、
前記第1及び第2の比較回路の出力に接続され、前記第1及び第2のアラーム信号を選択して出力アラーム信号として出力するセレクタを更に有し、
前記セレクタは、前記出力アラーム信号のレベルに応じて、前記第1及び第2の比較回路の出力を選択する、
ことを特徴とする請求項2記載の光受信器。
