Claims (14)
- 第1の端部及び第2の端部を有する変形可能な検出器と、
前記検出器の前記第1の端部に固定された圧電センサと
を具備しており、前記検出器との接触が、前記検出器の少なくとも一部分に変形を生じさせ、前記圧電センサに歪を誘起し、前記変形可能な検出器は、ゴム内にカレンダー処理された、複数の平行な互いに離隔されたケーブルを具備していることを特徴とする接触検出器。 - 前記平行な互いに離隔されたケーブルは、変形可能なケーブルからなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の接触検出器。
- 前記平行な互いに離隔されたケーブルは、鋼ケーブルからなることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の接触検出器。
- 前記変形可能な検出器は、ポリカーボネート樹脂ストリップからなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の接触検出器。
- 前記ポリカーボネート樹脂ストリップの中央部分に少なくとも1つのスロットが形成されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の接触検出器。
- 前記検出器の中央部分から前記検出器の前記第1の端部及び前記第2の端部に向かって外へ延在する一対のスロットが前記検出器に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の接触検出器。
- 前記検出器の前記第1の端部にスロットが形成されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の接触検出器。
- 前記変形可能な検出器は、第1の端部と第2の端部とを有する第1の部分と、第1の端部と第2の端部とを有する第2の部分とを有しており、
前記圧電センサは、前記第1の部分の前記第1の端部に固定されており、
前記第2の部分の前記第1の端部は、前記第1の部分の前記第2の端部に固定されている
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の接触検出器。 - 前記第2の部分の前記第1の端部は、前記第1の部分の前記第2の端部に接着剤で固定されていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の接触検出器。
- 接触変形可能な検出器を用意し、
前記接触変形可能な検出器を通路に配置し、
前記接触変形可能な検出器の一方の端部に圧電センサを固定し、前記接触変形可能な検出器を用意する工程は、複数の変形可能なケーブルを用意することからなることを特徴とする、接触を検出する方法。 - 前記接触変形可能な検出器は、ゴム材料中にカレンダー処理された複数の鋼ケーブルを用意することからなることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記接触変形可能な検出器を用意する工程は、ポリカーボネート樹脂ストリップを用意することからなることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記接触変形可能な検出器を用意する工程は、少なくとも1つの中央に位置するスロットを有しているポリカーボネート樹脂ストリップを用意することからなることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記中央に位置するスロットは、前記圧電センサの下の領域内に少なくとも設けられていることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の方法。
