Claims (5)
- 衝撃を検知して高圧ガスをエアバッグ内に流出させる衝撃吸収エアバッグ用インフレータにおいて、
長手方向に波状に繰り返す凹凸形状を有する帯状金属テープの幅方向の両側端部のうち第1の側端部が筒状体の内面を、前記第1の側端部に対向する第2の側端部が筒状体の外面をそれぞれ形成するように旋回積層させながら筒状体を形成し、旋回積層して接触する前記帯状金属テープを接合させることで前記筒状体の内外壁面を通過する放射状の細孔群を有する多孔筒状体を形成し、
前記多孔筒状体を高圧ガス発生源とエアバックをつなぐ流路に介在させたことを特徴とするエアバッグ用インフレータ。 - 衝撃を検知して高圧ガスをエアバッグ内に流出させる衝撃吸収エアバッグ用インフレータにおいて、
両面の形状が長手方向に波状に繰り返す凹凸形状を有する帯状金属テープの幅方向の両側端部のうち第1の側端部が筒状体の内面を、前記第1の側端部に対向する第2の側端部が筒状体の外面をそれぞれ形成するように旋回積層させながら筒状体を形成し、旋回積層して接触する前記帯状金属テープを接合させることで前記筒状体の内外壁面を通過する放射状の細孔群を有する多孔筒状体を形成し、
前記多孔筒状体を高圧ガス発生源とエアバックをつなぐ流路に介在させたことを特徴とするエアバッグ用インフレータ。 - 衝撃を検知して高圧ガスをエアバッグ内に流出させる衝撃吸収エアバッグ用インフレータにおいて、
帯状金属テープの第1の片面が平面、前記第1の片面に対向する第2の片面の形状が長手方向に波状に繰り返す凹凸形状を有する帯状金属テープの幅方向の両側端部のうち第1の側端部が筒状体の内面を、前記第1の側端部に対向する第2の側端部が筒状体の外面をそれぞれ形成するように旋回積層させながら筒状体を形成し、旋回積層して接触する前記帯状金属テープを接合させることで前記筒状体の内外壁面を通過する放射状の細孔群を有する多孔筒状体を形成し、
前記多孔筒状体を高圧ガス発生源とエアバックをつなぐ流路に介在させたことを特徴とするエアバッグ用インフレータ。 - 前記接合の方法が溶接処理であることを特徴とする請求項1、2または3記載のエアバッグ用インフレータ。
- 前記接合の方法が焼結処理であることを特徴とする請求項1、2または3記載のエアバッグ用インフレータ。
