Claims (5)
- 発光素子及び受光素子を収容するシールドカバーと、
上記発光素子と送信側光ファイバとを光結合する送信側光学機能部と、上記受光素子と受信側光ファイバとを光結合する受信側光学機能部と、上記送信側光学機能部及び上記受信側光学機能部を連結する連結部とを有し、透過性の合成樹脂材からなるライトガイドと、
上記ライトガイドが挿入され、上記シールドカバーに対してスライド可能であり、そのスライドにより上記シールドカバーに組み合わされるレセプタクルボディと、を含み、
上記シールドカバーと上記レセプタクルボディとが組み合わされた状態で、上記送信側光学機能部の端部及び上記受信側光学機能部の端部はそれぞれ上記発光素子及び上記受光素子に対向し、
上記シールドカバーと上記レセプタクルボディとを組み合わせるときと、上記シールドカバーと上記レセプタクルボディとが組み合わされた状態とのそれぞれにおいて、上記ライトガイドの上記レセプタクルボディへの挿入方向に上記連結部において上記ライトガイドを付勢する付勢手段を更に含み、
上記発光素子及び上記受光素子の上記送信側光学機能部の端部及び上記受信側光学機能部の端部がそれぞれ対向する部分と上記付勢手段の上記ライトガイドに対して接触する部分との上記付勢手段が上記ライトガイドに接触していない状態での上記スライド方向における長さは、上記ライトガイドの上記付勢手段に対して接触する部分と上記送信側光学機能部の端部の先端及び上記受信側光学機能部の端部の先端との上記スライド方向における長さよりも長い、
ことを特徴とする光コネクタ。 - 請求項1に記載の光コネクタにおいて、
上記付勢手段は、上記シールドカバーと上記レセプタクルボディとが組み合わされた状態で、上記送信側光学機能部及び上記受信側光学機能部をそれぞれ上記発光素子及び上記受光素子から離す方向に上記ライトガイドを付勢する付勢手段である、
ことを特徴とする光コネクタ。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の光コネクタにおいて、
上記付勢手段は、上記シールドカバーに設けられている、
ことを特徴とする光コネクタ。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の光コネクタにおいて、
上記発光素子及び上記受光素子は素子ホルダを介して上記シールドカバーに収容されており、
上記付勢手段は、上記素子ホルダに設けられている、
ことを特徴とする光コネクタ。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の光コネクタにおいて、
上記付勢手段は、上記送信側光学機能部と上記受信側光学機能部とがそれぞれ挿通される2つのコイルバネである、
ことを特徴とする光コネクタ。
