Claims (2)
- 太陽光を集光するための一次光学系と、太陽電池セルと、下端面が該太陽電池セルに対向するように該太陽電池セルの真上位置に立設され、該一次光学系により集光された太陽光を該太陽電池セルへ導くための柱状光学部材と、該柱状光学部材の下端面と該太陽電池セルとの間に充填された透明樹脂とを有し、前記一次光学系を通過した太陽光のうち該柱状光学部材の上端面に入射された太陽光が該柱状光学部材の側面で界面全反射を繰り返して混合された後に該柱状光学部材の下端面から射出され、前記透明樹脂を通して前記太陽電池セルに入射される形式の集光型太陽光発電装置であって、
前記柱状光学部材の下端部外周面と共に前記透明樹脂の外周面を覆い、該透明樹脂の外周面を該柱状光学部材の外側の太陽光から遮るための白色かつ非透明の粉末である無機材料を充填剤として含有する白色樹脂を備えることを特徴とする集光型太陽光発電装置。 - 前記太陽電池セルは、TiO2/Al2O3反射防止膜を受光面に備えたものである請求項1の集光型太陽光発電装置。
