Description
Claims (4)
- モジュール型圧延機のラインに沿って製品を受け入れその断面積を順次その圧延ローラで縮小させて送り出す複数段の圧延ユニットと、
前記複数段の各段において、圧延ユニット及び駆動用の共通のライン軸に連結可能で当該ライン軸に対する機械連結には対応する主傘歯車対を使用する各段の歯車ユニットと、
終段の歯車ユニットに対応して設けられた副傘歯車対と、
副傘歯車対付の段の歯車ユニットを主及び副傘歯車対のうち何れかを介しライン軸に機械連結させる選択的連結手段と、
を備え、各段における主傘歯車対のギア比が、圧延ユニット通過に伴う製品の速度上昇に対応すべく段を追って逓増設定され、副傘歯車対のギア比が、その前段における主傘歯車対のギア比と等しく設定されたモジュール型圧延機。 - 請求項1記載のモジュール型圧延機であって、前段から製品を受け取って副傘歯車対付の段に送り出す段にて圧延ユニットに代わりモジュール型圧延機のライン上に随時導入される除熱ユニットを備え、製品の除熱のためその段にて除熱ユニットが使用されているとき、次段に位置する副傘歯車対付の段では、ライン軸への歯車ユニットの機械連結に副傘歯車対を使用するモジュール型圧延機。
- 請求項1又は2記載のモジュール型圧延機であって、その前及び後に他の段がある段の圧延ユニットが、モジュール型圧延機のラインから見て歯車ユニット及びライン軸とは逆の側に退去可能に設けられたモジュール型圧延機。
- それぞれ、モジュール型圧延機のラインから見て、該ラインの両側の内の一方の側に突き出たユニット入力軸を駆動力伝達機構を介し2個以上の圧延ローラに機械連結する構成を有し、当該ラインに沿って多段配置された圧延ユニットと、
モジュール型圧延機のラインから見て、該ラインの両側の内の一方の側にて当該ラインに並伸する駆動用のライン軸と、前記複数段の各段において、圧延ユニットから延びるユニット入力軸に連結可能で且つ上記ライン軸にも対応する主傘歯車対を介し機械連結可能な歯車出力軸を有し、その主傘歯車対としては、各段の圧延ユニットを経ることによる製品速度の上昇に対応すべく段を追って逓増するようそのギア比が設定された主傘歯車対を使用する各段の歯車ユニットと、
終段の歯車ユニットに対応して設けられ、そのギア比がその前段における主傘歯車対のギア比と等しく設定された副傘歯車対と、
主及び副傘歯車対のうち何れかを介し副傘歯車対付の段の圧延ユニットをライン軸に機械連結させるクラッチ手段と、
を備え、前段から製品を受け取って副傘歯車対付の段に送り出す段が、低温熱処理圧延時に圧延ユニットに代わり除熱ユニットを導入可能に構成されており、除熱ユニット使用時には、その次段である副傘歯車対付の段にて、ライン軸への機械連結に副傘歯車対を使用するモジュール型圧延機。
